You know what? I'm normally very combo-conservative, but both of the moves in the combo are very passive - even though the high EN expenditure from Synthesis slants me a bit towards not allowing it, I'll give you credit for it - I'll handle it as +30 HP for Synthesis (standard), and (13-12)*1.5 EN loss, since I'll count Chilling as negative energy expenditure, so to speak.
