Battle Subway: Singles Team

So I just wrapped up my 77th consecutive victory on the Battle Subway, and I am ECSTATIC. I've never gotten above 40 wins until this week, so I'm on cloud 9 right now. I'd like to keep the streak going, so if you have any constructive criticism, I'd love that.


Edit: Knocked out on my 83rd battle by a Hax Leaf Storm Serperior, Guts Hariyama, and Heat Wave Charizard.

Words cannot express my love for this Cloyster. It has slaughtered so many teams on the Battle Subway its unreal (he even single handedly swept Ingo in 4 turns). So beautiful. Now that I'm not using Scald or HP Fire, I'm probably going to get an Adamant Cloyster to avoid the precious defense drop.

The destroyer of hope and villages, Toastette. Her name is so stupid but I love it. Even when the star of the show Cloyster falls, Chandelure runs in to brutally maul everything in front of her. I don't use her as much as Cloyster or Ferrothorn, but she has been an awesome asset to have.

Ferrothorn has saved my ass so many times, its not even funny. I have seen him faint twice in 77 battles, and he has saved me against Minimize Blissey, Curse Umbreon, any time I have been walled, he stalls to the max. I was originally running Toxic instead of Leech Seed, but Lefties and Leech Seed was too good to pass up.

All of these sets are already on Smogon, but I would definetly like to see some new ideas being thrown around.

Nice team. Because of CPU AI, I think that only hax will cost you the game like cloyster missing his rockblast. I was on a similar winstreak with Cloyster, Dragonite, and Throh but I ended up losing in the 75th battle cause my game effing froze (Cloyster was gonna finish up that scizor with hydro pump!). All I can say is, boosting pokes that heal really lay the hurt on these subway pokes since there are barely phazers (came across a whirlind skarmory and dragontail TTar but both failed to change the outcome of the battle). You should also note that CPU AI is really glitchy on substitutes. They keep using moves that fail on it, meaning my multiscale dragonite gets to +6 relatively quick. SubRoost Multiscale Dnite also pp stalled countless Rock and Ice moves, enabling me to boost peacefully when there are no more. Throh is there basically to set up on those steels/special attackers. He rest heals and storm throw owns curse and acid armor. So thats my team and how I believed I got to 74 wins. I seriously bet i could've went higher if my darn game didnt freeze.
