Yellow Skarmory, you don't really need to specify all that, since it is assumed that whatever battle conditions the first poster doesn't specify are standard (unless they say something like "taker picks whether LC or Babysitter"). Standard rules are basically what you specified, just with 2 subs instead of 5 (holy hell 5 subs is a lot) and 3 day DQ instead of 5, iirc.

That being said, taking you vs frogadore. PM me your mons and we can get started =)
*I'd also say that it's better with Training items instead of Items: OFF, since training items don't really affect the battle but give you nice things like money, which everybody loves.
