Arena:
The same as ASB arena, except all rolls are reversed. After you roll you flip the effect, so is you roll a hit on Hydro Pump, it is flipped to a miss. In this way, almost every move has low accuracy, but most moves will crit. Note: 100% effects are NOT changed to 0%, as you would not roll them in the first place.

I will participate in starwarsfan's 3v3 singles, if he is fine with NFE or beginner.
If not, I put up my own 5v5 NFE doubles match, with 5 chills, 5 recovers, 2 subs. Training items or no items, I don't care, and either all abilities or one ability. DQ time of 2 days or more, I don't care.

Either way, I choose for it to be in an arena of my own making, Castelia City.
An arena in the middle of Castelia City in Unova.

Type: Depends on Area

Complexity: Very, very high

Format: Any

Restrictions:
Because it is in Unova, mega-evolutions are not known and can not be used.
The type chart is how it is in Gen V.
As such, all Fifth Gen or prior pokemon to receive Fairy get retyped to whatever it was before.
The Flabebe evolutionary line is pure Grass-type.
The Spritzee and Swirlix evolutionary lines, along with Sylveon, are normal type.
Deddene, Carbink, and Klefki lose their Fairy-type.
Xerneas becomes a psychic type.
Play Rough and Disarming Voice become Fight-type.
Fairy Wind and Moonblast become Flying-type.
All other Fairy-type moves become Psychic type.
Steel resists Ghost and Dark-type moves.
Any abilities introduced in Gen VI have no effect, except Stance Change.

Due to how huge the arena is, an unlimited amount of pokemon may participate.
If a pokemon changes areas, it takes 3 actions to complete.
If a pokemon enters/exits a building, as may only be done from the ground floor, it takes one action.
If a pokemon changes floors in a building, it takes 1 action.
If a pokemon enters Relic Passage, Nimbasa City, or Pinwheel Forest, it is disqualified and counts as being KOed.
If a pokemon forces an opponent to enter an illegal area, only the pokemon that forced the opponent is disqualified.

Time passes by 20 minutes per action.
Days pass once per 72 actions (24 normal rounds, 24 hours)
Seasons pass every 5 days (120 normal rounds, 360 actions)
Years pass every 4 seasons (20 days, 480 normal rounds, 1,440 actions)
If a pokemon is in a position where it can not attack any foes due to time of day (i.e. on Royal Unova with all foes not on, not during evening), it loses all actions until it can get back into the battle.
If all pokemon lose actions until a certain time, the battle skips ahead to then.
Times of day:
Spring Summer Autumn Winter

Morning: 5:00AM-9:59AM 4:00AM-8:59AM 6:00AM-9:59AM 7:00AM-10:59AM

Effects of each time of day:

Day: Workplaces are filled with people, so attacks may not be used there.
Evening:Lots of people on streets, so attacks may not be used on any street.
Night: Houses are locked, so you may not enter/exit. Outside (streets, docks, plaza, or park), all moves have their accuracy dropped by 10 due to low light conditions. Moonlight restores 15HP unless used during night. Synthesis only restores 10HP. Morning Sun restores 15HP. Solarbeam

Subs: 4 Subs per Pokemon

1 Recover / 2 Chills per Pokemon
Arena: Let's try one I just made up, SSBB Spear Pillar
Type: Neutral
Complexity: High
Restrictions: None, All moves and abilities are allowed
Format: Any

This arena is like the Spear Pillar in the game Super Smash Bros Brawl for the Wii.
SpearPillarSSBB.jpg

Trainers will battle each other atop this mountain. A ruin of what appears to be some kind of temple covers the battlefield. The stage also has an underground layer. The underground layer has sea green crystals growing out of the ground at random that give off a beautiful glow. One can feel power emanating from all around. This power is so intense that it will make weaker trainers feel uncomfortable. Legends even speak of Legendary Pokemon frequently appearing on the platform in the middle that will interfere with the battle.

Arena's Effects on battles:

-At the beginning of every round there is a 50% chance of either Dialga, Palkia, or Cresselia appearing. When the round ends, the Legendary Pokemon will disappear. Each legendary will use it's powers to affect the battle in a variety of ways. Each Legendary has 3 powers it can use. It will use one of these powers at random before disappearing.
- If Dialga appears:
- Dialga uses it's power of time to mess up all Pokemon's Speed stats. Trick Room is in effect until the end of the round.
- Dialga attacks a random Pokemon on each trainer's side of the field. This attack is a 6 BP Special Dragon type move. It is treated as if it is being used by a Pokemon with a rank 3 Special Attack stat. This attack occurs AFTER all actions have been performed during the round.
- Dialga uses Roar. This causes both players to switch one of their Pokemon out at the end of the round. The player that is supposed to order second for the next round chooses which Pokemon to switch out first. Entry Hazards apply like normal. If a player has only Pokemon with the Ability Suction Cup, Pokemon that are under the effect of Ingrain, or Pokemon that have any other effects that prevent switching then this Roar will "Fail" against that player. The other player would still switch unless they also have effects that prevent switching. In the case a trainer has no Pokemon to switch in, then the Roar will fail for that player.
- If Palkia appears:
- Palkia uses it's power over space to influence gravity. This round is treated as if Gravity is in effect.
- Palkia attacks a random Pokemon on each trainers side of the field. This attack is a 6 BP Physical Dragon type move. It is treated as if the attack is being used by a Pokemon with an rank 3 Attack stat. This attack occurs AFTER all actions have been performed.
- Palkia uses it's control over space to change the location of some of the Pokemon on the field. A random Pokemon on each trainer's side of the field changes layers (meaning a Pokemon that was on the Aboveground layer is moved to the Underground layer and vice versa, see below for rules regarding the layers of the stage). This happens AFTER all other actions are performed this round.
- If Cresselia appears:
- Cresselia uses Lunar Dance, which will heal a random Pokemon on each trainer's side of the field by 15 HP. This happens AFTER all actions have been performed.
- Cresselia attacks with her moon blades. This attack is a 5 BP Physical Psychic attack. It is treated as if it was used by a Pokemon with an Attack rank of 3. This attack occurs AFTER all other actions have been carried out this round.
- Cresselia uses her healing powers to remove ill statuses on the field. ALL Pokemon on the field are cured of any negative status conditions, such as Poison and Sleep.

- This battlefield is divided into two layers. An Aboveground layer and an Underground layer
- When a Pokemon is sent into battle it will always start on the Aboveground layer.
- Pokemon can only attack other Pokemon that are on the same layer.
- If a trainer orders to attack a Pokemon, but the target changes to a different layer before the action is executed, then the action will target another opposing Pokemon instead on the same layer instead. If there is more than one possible target, a random one is chosen.
- There are four ways to change layers:
- Give the command "Change Layers". When this command is issued, the Pokemon will move to the layer that it currently isn't in. This command has 0 priority and costs 6 Energy. Taunted Pokemon cannot use this command. This command cannot be Disabled, but it can be Encored.
- If a Pokemon is on the Aboveground layer and it uses a Ground type move, after the effects of the attack and damage is inflicted, it will move to the Underground layer.
- If a Pokemon is on the Underground layer and it uses a Flying type move, after the effects of the attack and damage is inflicted, it will move to the Aboveground layer.
- One of Palkia's abilities can change a random Pokemon on each trainer's side of the field to the opposite layer. See above.
- The attack Thunder can target a Pokemon on the Aboveground layer, even if the user is Underground.
- The attack Earth Power can target a Pokemon on the Underground layer, even if the user is Aboveground.
- Pokemon in the Underground layer are unaffected by Weather effects. The Weather is always treated as "Clear" Underground and it cannot be changed. However, if a Pokemon that is Underground uses a Weather move it will change the Weather on the Aboveground layer.

- Everything else on this stage is normal. There are no attack restrictions. There is enough grass growing to allow moves like Grass Knot and enough water in the underground reservoirs to allow the use of Water moves (regardless if the user is in the Underground layer or not).

Summary:
- There is a chance a random legendary Pokemon will appear at the beginning of a round. This random legendary will cause a random effect to happen, then disappear when the round is over.
- The stage is divided into two layers. A Pokemon can only attack another Pokemon on the same layer. Pokemon can change layers by using the command "Change Layers" or by using certain types of attacks.

If there are any questions about the arena, please ask in your acceptance post or by PMing me. I hope it will be a fun game :]

I'm willing to drop my challenge and accept p4r6g6's challenge, on the condition that it be changed to 1 FE 2 NFE instead of NFE.

(Spoiler alert: My only FE is Delibird, who is about as strong as a NFE, so it shouldn't be that much of an issue.)

Edit: Adding the queue.
