Battle Tower Team

I have spent a LONG time building many different teams and trying new and creative ways to finally beat Battle Tower. Every time my teams get to about 60 before I'm finally bested in combat. My high is 73 and nothing I can do lets me get to that sweet 100 and beyond. I have made many different pokemon and tried many different teams and I still can't beat Battle Tower. I am listing all of the pokemon that I have spent MANY hours breeding and EV training, and teams I have made. Remember, all have failed. I would really appreciate any help anyone could give me. If you see a possible team of the pokemon I have, please tell me. Or if there is that one pokemon that I have overlooked that could save me and make a winning team (past 100) I would be very grateful.

These are the pokemon that I have now. I have tried many different combinations of them and all have failed. I can normally get to about 60 before I loose. Now most of my losses are because the AI got really Lucky. But I need to expect that.

One team I tried was Latios, Blissey, Cresselia
This team got to about 50ish
Also I tried Latios, Metagross, Slayking
About 60ish
Also was Latios, Blissey, Porigon Z
73, I was surprised
Then I added Garchomp and got Garchomp, Tyranitar, Metagross
couldnt even get to 50
Then Garchomp, Blissey, Tyranitar
couldnt get to 50
Then Garchomp, Blissey, Rhyperior
couldnt get to 50
Then I decided to go with strength and got Latios, Garchomp and Blissey
but still cant get very far into battle tower.

I would really appreciate any help people could give me. I know that most of these pokemon are popular and some people get far using them. I would ideally like to use the pokemon I have to get to 100, but if there is a single pokemon that I should make that would really complement two of my other pokemon that would be fine. Thank you for any help that you would be able to give me.
 
Well, IDK, because there seems to be no good existing thread to put this. The Offline Battle Tower teams thread states specifically to only post tried and tested teams and how far you got. THat's not what I'm posting about. And the DP Battle Tower Records doesnt seem appropriate, since i'm not posting my record. But since everyone gets so angry for some reason, I might end up posting this in the Battle Tower Records i guess, if this gets locked. I hope i dont get flamed there for posting off-topic

Also, I posted this initially in RMT and it got locked.

I just want this post to go somewhere where people will see it and it wont get locked and I wont be flamed for putting it in the wrong place, etc. Since there seemed to be no appropriate thread, I made one.

Also, it is not a "simple" question.
 
Well Jumpman16 has been directing people to the offline Battle Tower teams thread whenever they've posted in the records one asking for team assistance. My recommendation is to form a team of three based on the best of your abilities or what one of the former teams was that got your personal record and ask for assistance in the offline thread. One of the rules in all the Pokemon forums revolves around the idea that we don't do the team building for you. Teams are all about personal preference and their construction is part of the fun of competitive pokemon. If I were you, besides posting a team that you've come up with for critiquing, I would take a look at some of the teams that are actually record holders and read what made them successful. Another strong word of advice would be to look up the movesets of pokemon as you face them in the Battle Tower. It may seem sort of "cheap" or whatever but then so is the extremely biased luck that gets thrown against you. There's links to moveset pages at the start of the BT Records thread.

Just glancing over the pokemon list you have, you've got a lot of the top tier competitive pokemon and my guess is you just need to fine tune some movesets and actually look up opposing pokemon set possibilities while you're battling.

Best of luck with the Battle Tower since everyone needs an insane amount of it just to hit 100.
