That was a bit of a risky round you gambled on. I would've personally considering [Double-Edge - Facade - Double-Edge] since all of your moves outdamage mine, even after recoil, which is kinda depressing. The Yawn however, was an interesting choice and I'm curious to see how you use it to your favor.

I was worried about going purely on the offence, since repeated night dazes could force me to switch out with all the accuracy drops, unless I wanted to miss half of my attacks (which I still might).

Brick Break - Play Rough - Brick Break
IF Zorua uses counter, OR is to use a P/E move, THEN use Bulk Up

Solid orders this round, and good concerns about last round. My only pointer here is that there is something more dangerous than P/E moves in Zorua's movepool, those being D/E moves.

Switching to Spritzee @ Heart Scale! Would you like to counterswitch?

I'll provide insight after seeing your decision here.

No counterswitch for me, I'll keep Teddiursa in.
Counterswitch Denied

To be honest dig was exactly what I was trying to stop with my orders, because for some reason I thought moves like dig/bounce were counted under P/E moves. Guess I just learned my first lesson already!

For your sub categories, I suggest checking out the Handbook for that. There is a list of all the move categories, which should help you in the future. Also that's probably the right call to stay in here, but it's time to find out what a Spritzee can do. Try to crack these ones open.

This round was a strong demonstration of things that are different between in-game and ASB. The biggest one here is Rest. In-game, Rest is an instant restoration of all your HP and curing of status, while in ASB only the statuses go instantly, with the healing being 12 HP at the end of each action for the 3 actions you are asleep. Otherwise, you definitely had the right idea going for you with those orders, just got tripped up by the way things work in ASB.

Shoot, yeah, that one was on me again. I'd thought that rest healed the 12 HP during my action, not at the end of the actions.

Stone Edge - Double Team (2) - Stone Edge
IF Stone Edge is disabled, THEN replace A3 with Steel Wing
IF Spritzee is to use Wish, THEN use Taunt

Something worth noting here: Using Double Team in your main orders is almost always a bad idea. It's almost always dealt with via the use of a Spread Move, which just tanks the BAP penalty in order to ensure a hit.
Also error in your Archen's Profile, that nature is Naive, not Naughty.
Lastly, take time to read up on a few more ASB oddities. The one you are about to learn about is how Sleep works, which is that 16 damage instantly wakes a sleeping mon. Stone Edge does [(10 + 3 + 3) × 1] = 16 DMG, which means it will awaken my Spritzee when it hits.

Thanks for tipping me off to my Archen's nature, I probably wouldn't have caught that for a while (if ever).
And whew, I'm making plenty of mistakes my first time around, hopefully this will be the only time I make them. Speaking of mistakes, I'm really hoping this is actually Slowpoke, and not just Zorua switching in with illusion.

Those are very solid orders right there. Also, good catch on the call to switch in here. Only thing about something like this is that, if I did actually illusion in Zorua here, you'd be going down a lot on this Cacnea to simple Bounce spam. Definitely make sure you include at least one sub that tips you off to what you are fighting. Also, if you are ordering with the advantage, don't add subs that result in you potentially stalling unless you could actually run the risk of dying to it. Otherwise, you just give your opponent a way to stall even more.

I understand what you mean about stalling when I have no good reason. Now that I think about it you're right, I don't really have reason too. I guess I'm just so used to normal play that I think SE hit = KO always, especially on something as frail as Cacnea, even though I know it's different in ASB. You had the right idea here, just at the wrong time. The Disable served as a great way to mitigate damage, but you do still lose an additional action at the minimum due to the incoming sleep. And yeah, the difference between the battling styles finally settles in after a few battles.

Dark Pulse - Energy Ball - Dark Pulse
IF Dark Pulse is disabled, THEN use Magical Leaf A3
IF Slowpoke uses Yawn, THEN use Substitute (20)

These orders are /almost/ perfect. There's one error with them, which you are about to see in action. Your Yawn sub activates every time I use Yawn, and a substitute of that amount of expensive, both in EN and HP.
