ROUND ONE:

Welcome to this battle in the ASB Arena, known for its balance and boringness! Today, veteran dogfish44 is having a training battle with newbie agentzer0 so that he can learn how our league works! Today, the battle will be held in ASB Arena H22.

dogfish44 starts the battle by sending out Quarts the Geodude! A very Quiet Geodude, she is know for being odd, and tends to shy away from most pokemon. agentzer0 replies by sending out his own Rock-type pokemon, Cranidos! Rocky the Cranidos is an extremely tough, strong pokemon that will rip through anything that it battles. Although he has much experience, dogfish44 is in for a tough battle.

Rocky, being the quicker one, immediately starts by using his earth-shattering skills to create an Earthquake. Slowly, the ASB Arena beings to shake, and crumble, as Geodude is hit by the shock wave. Quartz, worried about being the target of another Earthquake, somehow begins to Levitate. She had seen other Geodudes do it, and after months of training, she had learned how to Levitate.

Rocky, although extremely powerful, was also quite careful. He was wary of an strong attack coming from Geodude, and so he dug into the ground, hoping to escape whatever happened above. Rocky had been right, Geodude had been preparing to unleash his hidden power, an attack that could harness the power of all 17 elements. Quartz had mastered the Grass Hidden Power, one that was especially effective against Crainidos. However, the attack failed to hit him because he was underground. Cranidos then appeared from under the ground, directly below the spot Geodude had been. If Geodude was not Levitating, he would have been hit hard!

Rocky, still wary of another powerful attack, created a protective shield around himself in order to stop any attacks from hitting him. However, when Geodude began to shift the ground, and create another Earthquake, the protective shield was useless. The Earthquake traveled throughout the arena, stopping at nothing, and destroying everything.

ROUND TWO:

Rocky and Quartz definitely like Earthquakes! Cranidos started by creating an Earthquake to hit Geodude, and Geodude created an Earthquake to hit Cranidos! Those strong attacks left both pokemon in bad shape, neither of them liking the ground very much. Then, Cranidos used his arm as a hammer, crashing it down on Geodude. Geodude replied by creating a Magnitude that shook the arena even more, hitting Cranidos. Geodude, now faster, created another Earthquake, as Cranidos crunched down on him, filled with dark energy. With both pokemon at low health, it seems like the faster pokemon will win!
