Have any mods or admins or any1 similar started writing up the articles about each pkmn and their movesets or will that only be done after the metagame has stabalized

Probably after the metagame has stablised. Usually, people tend to try things to see what works/doesnt work, then standards begin to emerge and so on. It will be another couple of months yet before we have standards imo.

I think it's still to early to write any articles on a metagame that hasn't even started, but reading the discussions on this board should give you a very good idea on what you're likely to be seeing in those articles. It will probably be at least a month from now until we start to see how things are turning out.

I would imagine that the focus at the moment is on getting Competitor out; after all, the primary use of Smogon's movesets and articles is for online battling. Nicar is right - the threads in this forum regarding individual Pokemon will give you a good idea of the material (especially movesets) in future articles, as many standards have already been determined / established.

we'll probably wait until we play the game first, before we start analyzing now =) essentially, all we can do now is speculate
