i used to have this bellibolt that i used to pour milk on and suck the milk back out of and it was sopping wet all the time i used to slam it against walls and it would make a loud thud

Bellibolt is funny because it can viably use so many moves from the usually useless moves section. Soak, charge beam, parabolic charge and acid spray were all viable at one point, though ever since it got toxic its move choices have become pretty standardized.

And you should never forget that this thing was legitimately good in uu at one point not with its signature ability, but with static.
