After a bit of research, if Smoke didn't have the ability to turn invisible in MKII, then Reptile had it first. But if he did, then they got it at the same time.

No, smoke didn't gain it until MK3. Reptile may have even had it in MK1, definitely MK2.

And i believe Reptile turned invisible until MK II, in the first MK he was a mix of Sub Zero and Scorpion. He didn't had his own moveset. Haven't played in a while though, so not sure.
