I think Cerulean city would be cool to get absolutely hammered in. Imagine ripping a drunk cig here. Absolutely Peak

Quite sure the best place to get absolutely hammered is Celadon City. You either get to drunk buy stuff at the biggest mall of the region, or waste all your money at the casino and wonder why you're broke next day.

Either way, next day you'll feel like it was the best time of your life. And enjoy some Fresh Water.

I lived because the alcohol inside of me burned brighter then the bicycle crash around me
 
it is one of the greatest tragedies on smogon.com that as a competitive pokemon battling website we have been focused only on the Guys You Can Catch In Balls And How To Train Them, and not on all of the Gorgeous Routes And How To Find Them
