Best U-turn user?

uh, it's not like there's a factual "best U-Turn user", you're stating your opinion as fact =/
Ninjack is a cool U-Turner because of the combination of STAB, super high speed, and decent attack. A CBNinjask will rack up some damage, and may actually kill something since it may take some people by surprise. Of course, it's absolutely destroyed by Stealth Rock, so... yeah, you kind of need a spinner.
I'm not saying I think Ninjask is the best U-Turner, just that he's not confirmed to not be the best, as you said it.
Like I said earlier in this topic, Staraptor is a great U-Turner, because of high speed and lots of switch causing. Another really great U-Turn user is Infernape, which I would say mostly has to do with the fact that his most common counter by far seems to be Cresselia, and a combination of like Overheat or Flare Drive + U-Turn can take 50-60% off of Cressy switching in, depending on the EVs. SDU-Turn Infernape is also fun for messing up Cresslia.
The only problem there is that U-Turn doesn't really add much coverage, so most of the time you're better off with Grass Knot / Tpunch, whatever.
