Rules are as follows

*Sleep Clause
*Self-KO Clause
*Battle Timeout
*Apply PP Ups is optional (on by default)
*Unrated is optional (on by default)
*All IVs must be set to 31 or 30
*Only Pokemon listed may be used.
*If more than 4 moves are listed, then you can pick any 4 of them
*Species Clause is in effect (I wanted a special rule, but it was too difficult to word)
*Leftovers is allowed on everyone not specifically banned from having it. Same goes for Petaya on 3 Special Attack Pokemon
*The winner loses, and the loser wins. If you faint all 6 of your own Pokemon with at least one of their Pokemon around, you win!
*All Pokemon must be level 100 (except, of course, Mewtwo).
*No more than 1 Spiker per team
*Maximum of 3 switches per 10 turns. These switches do NOT carry over, so if you haven't switched between turns 11 and 20, you still only get 3 switches for turns 21-30.
*Scouting is banned
*Moveset changes consist entirely the removal of Counter and Mirror Coat from the tournament, with the exception of Blissey. Deoxys-E and Swampert's Countercoat sets were removed entirely.

Know that I don't do advancements just by whoever's on at the deadline, because that seems rather stupid to advance someone who is gone, but shows up at the last minute if the other person can't get on at that one time due to personal obligations, time zone differences, etc., but rather, overall activity.

I'm also satisfied with this ruleset, so I will not be making any more changes.
