Starting Friday 1st October at some time, I and possibly some helpers, will host a series of 8-man BW wifi tournaments at various times. How many and when will be based on interest.
You will only be allowed to enter one of these tournaments.
The winners of these tournaments will then be invited to play in another tournament I intend to host on Saturday the 2nd of October, at 9pm GMT (5pm EDT). The size of this tournament will depend on the interest.
There will be no banned pokemon or moves other than what is unobtainable in game without a cheating device.
Be aware that Wifi is slow. These tournaments are small because it is anticipated that rounds can take up to an hour. So make sure you will be around for 3 hours at least before signing up for one of these tournaments.
I am aware this is very early, and short notice. A lot of you will struggle to put a solid team together in time. There will be other Tournaments! This is just for the fun of doing it while everything is brand new.
The purpose of this thread is to gauge how many people will play. So if you do wish to enter one of these tournaments, please post in this thread.
Also if you are a badged member and are willing to host some tournaments, please post that as well. If there are more hosts volunteering than people interested in playing, then perhaps you dont need to bother. But we will see.

- Single Battle Mode (one pokemon on the field at a time)
- Unrestricted Rules
- Miracle Shooter: Off (god only knows what the hell this means)
- 6 pokemon per side
- Level 100
- Species Clause
- Sleep Clause (At the end of every turn, if more than one pokemon is asleep on one side, and if at least two of those pokemon were put asleep by enemy moves, excluding Magic Coat, but including Yawn, then that side automatically wins. If both sides qualify, the game ends as a draw)
- Self KO Clause (If both sides are left with no pokemon surviving, then the owner of the pokemon that initiated the effect that caused the last pokemon to faint is the loser.)
