Some extra stuff, we will be adding scaling to giving 1-4 to a stat! (so, giving 1 to a stat below 70 will cost 0,1, giving it 2 will cost 0,2, etc, more details about this will be at the op!)

Due to this being a special slate, all teams will get an extra 25 points!
Canvas mons will be balanced accordingly.

And also, this will be the last slate of this iteration of the meta of Blank Canvas.
Since we have covered most roles we would ever need on this meta, we will be making another tier for Blank Canvas!
Due to the low power level of Blank Canvas, we've been considering making a tier above our current format, where yall would be able to use all mons from this meta, but they will be weaker than what's above.
We have also been considering making a separarte tier entirely, where none of the old Blank Canvas mons will be usable, only new ones after Slate 11!
