Austria has gained control of Moscow, Naples and Warsaw, but lost control of Sevastopol (+2 builds)
Turkey has gained control of Sevastopol (+1 build)
Russia has lost control of Moscow and Warsaw (-2 disbands)
England has gained control of Brest but lost control of Edinburgh (no adjustments)
France has gained control of Holland but lost control of Brest (no adjustments)
Germany has gained control of Edinburgh but lost control of Holland (no adjustments)
Italy has lost control of Naples, but already disbanded a unit (no adjustments)

It is now Winter 1907. Generals should submit build orders to me by Sunday, December 8th, at 9PM PST (GMT-8).
 
France's General has proposed a draw. Generals will be expected to submit draw votes before the end of the Winter phase; if I do not hear from one, they will be counted as a "no" vote.

not sure what line you want to form but ok, i will support you into warsaw this turn if you commit to giving back munich

Regaining Warsaw is wholly untenable, unfortunately.

Mun, Stp, Ber, and Mar are the critical centers. I think you will need to maintain control on Mun while England locks down Stp. Germany can maintain Ber while I obviously keep Mar.

Like I said before, the four of us are either going to create the stalemate line and draw the game or lose. The four of us need to cooperate from now on if we want to have a chance of survival. I propose the first stalemate line setup found here.

To this end, we need to maintain the four critical supply centers of Mar, Mun, Ber, and Stp. I propose we do so by actually ceding Stp in the spring and setting up a retake in the fall. In order to do this, we NEED to maintain Lvn. I am going to write a slate of orders for all of us. If you agree, just please indicate your assent so our generals can act accordingly.
