Blissey

In all honesty 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD Bold was a fine spread, I ran it for months. But if you run the calcs 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD Calm is just a better spread, slightly, it just beats it at both ends.

Well obviously Infernape can just roflstomp SkarmBliss or any other fighting type with STAB. Victini in Sun walks ALL over SkarmBliss with it's 150 base powered STAB move. As for a third member, Starmie is often overlooked as an OU special sweeper, but many are unaware of it's defensive set. The following set is the one i usually run with SkarmBliss:

Starmie @ Leftovers Lv. 100 -- Illuminate
Nature: Timid - EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef
-Recover
-Rapid Spin
-Cosmic Power
-Scald

I was responding to someone if SkarmBliss was still viable or not...

Anyway defensive Starmie is crap. It is not fun to bank on a 30% chance to make sure you don't get Pursuit trapped by Scizor. Unless you really need to use that speed, Tentacruel is almost always the better option.

The change to Blissey's nature from Calm to Bold couldn't have come at a worse time. Keldeo is going to make almost every Psychic special attacker consider Psyshock on their movesets. Walling Latios (who couldn't do more than 50% against with Bold by using LO), Starmie, Celebi and Latias is going to become a bit more difficult.
