To (somewhat) help against the Houndoom issue you could probably give Glaceon HP Fighting over Shadow Ball along with 4 Speed EVs. This would give you a decent answer to it as you're hitting Doom more than 1.5 times harder now, probably OHKOing it. You said you never really used Shadow Ball, so I don't think the loss will be huge. Or you could just take Ice Beam out and get a much better moverage, but I'm not really sure how often PP/alternative weather issues bother you.

Jenica: It's cool you said that because I've actually been laddering with a Hariyama since last night. He's totally beast--can also counter registeel and chansey as well!
HP Rock does the trick too, Bluewind. It OHKOs Doom, hits other Ice types, Flying types, and effective against other Fire types as well.

I am quite new to UU, but one of the things, I noticed is the stealth rock plagues your team. Also as noted, Fire types will destroy it quite easily. You really need a Rapid Spinner, since you have a couple choice users. I recommend Blastoise for a few reasons. One, is it's rapid spinning ability, and it can give you some insurance against fire types. You also really need a physical sweeper/force on your team, or a special wall will have a field day. I think Hariyama is a great suggestion for your team, so I second it. Moltres could still give you a bit of problems though. Houdoom could as well, since some of them have HP flying. Congrats on getting to #1!
What's up with all these "Houndoom sweeps your team" talk? This team has never been swept by it once--at least when I use it anyway.
This is how I see it now: The core of Snover/Jynx/Glaceon/Dugtrio is irreplaceable to me. The other two spots can be cater to the player's style.
I replaced Regice with Hariyama and Rotom with Walrein. I always disliked Rotom on this team.

I played against this team three times yesterday and beat it twice, losing the third to a Blizzard freeze before my screener could put up Light Screen. The two games I won both resulted in Moltres sweeps - behind Light Screen I managed to pass +2 Speed and +2 SpA to Moltres easily, which KO'ed everyone. It got to the point that with Kabutops as a lead, I'd Aqua Jet first, breaking the Sash and not risking a Stone Edge miss, then go to the screener, put up screens, tank all the damage, and pass. I think it's a dangerous team to play with, to say the least.
Therefore I second the change to Jynx. Specs and Scarfed Blizzards may be fun, but they are horribly one dimensional. A Jynx with Lovely Kiss, Substitute and Nasty Plot (maybe) would give you some extra options if brute force doesn't work. A particularly dangerous opposing Pokemon like Milotic can be slept, which lets you force your way past it. Against the team I used, Lovely Kiss would've been able to disrupt the Baton Pass, but Scarfed Blizzard would not. Beyond that I think as well Thick Fat Walrein would help a lot, giving you a vital Fire resist.
