Tournament BLT VIII: Week 2

with everybody doing predicts and me missing the call this morning im going to do some of my own predicts of the OU games

SS OU: Not Miyan vs Failures im about positive failures is going to win this. not miyan played pretty eh last week and basically only won off of having the one kyurem set that beat hockeys team (which made absolutely no sense to have with the 6 he brought). to me it looks like Miyan fell into a win agaisnt Hockey rather than actually winning off of skill. despite failures losing to stareal, i still think they had quite a good showing. its not much of a hit to lose to stareal lol.
SS OU: MagicalXerneas vs TectonicDestroyer ive never actually seen tect play ou, apparently theyre on some wcop team but i have not seen them play one game yet in that tour lol (his team couldve been knocked out in quals) . MagicalXerneas i feel is a underrated competitor in the field, they didnt really play bad vs me last week at all outside of not wishing the tini & the slowbro play. the main thing agaisnt xern is the team selection, the team they brought vs me was pretty bad but they were able to pilot it to some success. I feel like if xern really polishes her edges and brings a actual good team they can be a pretty good ou player.

OU: Yugon vs Pradhaaan yugon kinda played himself into a lose vs ethey. overplaying is a thing and thats 100% what happened there. i feel like people are acting like yugon is a bad player after the lose last week which really isnt the case, people have their moments, fuck i overplayed last week myself. that said pradhan is quite a good player and should have the edge over yugon this week but theres a very real chance yugon can win if he doesnt play himself into losing again.
OU: ToastedBunzzz02 vs Stareal no idea who bunz was until BLT, ive heard theyre pretty good at OU & some other tiers but based on last week im uncertain. Stareal probably being the most proven ou player in the pool 100% has the edge here but im curious to see if last week was just a bad week for bunz or not. regardless, this should be fun because bunz is playing with something to prove. Taking stareal because it doesnt make sense for me to predict agaisnt him right now.

OU: iNoLife vs Perish Song perish is a good player and all but i dont think hes good enough at OU to beat iNoLife right now. iNoLife quite literally no lives and recently has gained a lot of notable accolades in a short amount of time. With the proper mu, perish 100% can win but iNoLife should win this about 65% of the time.
OU: lvl100Blaziken vs lotiasite im not sure how "rated" fragments is amongst people, however, I personally feel like he is quite good. ive been really impressed every time ive watched this kid since the day he first asked me for a team. myjava is quite a capable player himself and fragments won quite convincingly. i know lotiasite is solid themselves but i feel like this is just going to be a repeat on last week for fragments.

Ethey isn't so great? Are you kidding me? When was the last time you saw a player with such an ability for building such good teams? Ethey puts the game in another level, and we will be blessed if we ever see a player with his skill and passion for the game again. TC breaks records. Fatfighter breaks records. Ethey breaks the rules. You can keep your statistics. I prefer the magic.

Stitchuu: 10/24 games correct
They only got 2 of our games correct last week and apparently have a history of really bad luck with predictions. They will easily get more than half the games wrong this week.

EternalSnowman: 18/24 games correct
The absolute goat predictor. Love his streams and he definitely knows what's up and will for sure get a lot right.

Pokeart2004: 16/24 games correct
She uses pretty logical explanations for her predictions, so I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she gets about 2/3rds right

Team Charm: 11/24 games correct
They also only got 2 of our games correct last week so they must not be that great at this, but I'll be nice and give them a slight edge over stitchuu. They are still going to get more than half the games wrong though.

Mack Knife: 13/24 games correct
Another person who only got 2 of our games right last week, but they were the only one who picked me to win so I'll predict that they'll get more than half the games right at least. They also have the most epic explanations.

Ainzcrad: 15/24 games correct
Also had pretty logical explanations for his predictions, but not quite as detailed as pokeart so I'll give the slight edge to her.

TTT444 : 3/6 good predictions. No way esm get 2/3 good predictions, and i don't think someone will hit more than 12/24 good predictions. btw someone will of course have some chance in their predictions. Average predictions from ttt444, but atm the best predictions about predictions.
