After some delay, Pwnemon sends out Pyroak, while Birkal leads with Conkeldurr. Conkeldurr's raw power gives it the advantage in this matchup, and it looks like both battlers are aware of this. Pwnemon orders Pyroak to start out with Leech Seed to slowly whittle away at Conkeldurr while healing Pyroak. Conkeldurr responds with Rock Slide, dealing a very impressive amount of damage due to Sheer Force and Life Orb. The seeds on Conkeldurr start to sap its health, but it doesn't look like that'll be nearly enough.

Pyroak then takes in sunlight as it charges up for an attack. Conkeldurr needs no such preparation though, and strikes Pyroak with Poison Jab. Conkeldurr's attacks are so strong, it looks like Pyroak won't be able to take very many of them, even with its gargantuan HP. Still, Pwnemon didn't come this far to give up immediately, and has Pyroak attack with Solar Beam. Pyroak's Miracle Seed increases the damage of the attack, but it still isn't doing enough to win the damage race, even with Leech Seed factored in.

Opting away from just brute strength, Pyroak uses Giga Drain to further sap energy from Conkeldurr. It looks like Pwnemon is being cautious, trying to deal damage to Conkeldurr but not have Pyroak too crippled in the process. Birkal doesn't appear to need such caution though, as Conkeldurr smashes Pyroak with Rock Slide again. Both Pokemon appear to have taken a fair share of damage this round, with Conkeldurr slightly ahead. I'm betting Pwnemon won't keep this matchup, especially now that he has to order first. Let's see what he chooses to do next...

Sorry for the delay folks, won't happen again! Both trainers pivot to their Gallade, bringing a very fun twist to the match. Despite the fact that Birkal must order first, due to his Gallade's faster Speed he actually has the advantage here. Let's see if he can capitalize on that. Seeing that Pwnemon's Gallade is attempting an evasive maneuver, Birkal's Gallade quickly attacks with Feint. However, the attack only does minor damage, and it appears that Pwnemon was planning on more than just dodging. Pwnemon's Gallade actually used Teleport+Teleport to allow itself to switch out at the end of the round despite the inevitable Taunt.

Birkal's Gallade does just that, letting out a Taunt that Pwnemon's Gallade can't do anything to avoid. Of course, given the circumstances it doesn't seem all that effective.

Both Gallade then attack with Aerial Ace. Birkal gets the first hit in, but Pwnemon's Gallade has higher Defense, so it takes less damage. In the end, Pwnemon's Gallade is lower on both HP and energy though. Still, the Teleport combination puts him in a relatively good position for next round, as he can now pivot out to guarantee a better matchup. That being so, Gallade is a tricky opponent to face, and ordering first against it is not a very easy task.

After his Gallade's Teleport, Pwnemon sends out Pyroak as a replacement. This matchup is overall advantageous for Pwnemon, but as we've just seen, ordering first against a Gallade isn't easy. Pyroak lunges forward for an attack, but Gallade uses Teleport to dodge before the Wood Hammer can connect. It looks like Birkal is aiming to minimize his losses this round and pivot into a different matchup next round.

Gallade then goes on the offensive, using Rock Slide to score super effect damage. Pyroak almost flinches from the attack, but quickly retaliates with Seed Bomb. The attack scores a critical hit against Gallade, causing it to do slightly more damage than the Rock Slide. That's nice for Pwnemon, however he's still behind on HP in this matchup.

And... both trainers switch Pokemon. Again. Birkal goes back to Conkeldurr, while Pwnemon counterswitches to Gallade. Gallade has the advantage here, so this should be interesting. Conkeldurr, before Gallade can attack, starts to collect energy with Bide. Gallade attacks with a Zen Headbutt that knocks Conkeldurr hard. I don't think this will end well, since Pwnemon's sub for Bide was not very solid...

Conkeldurr continues to store energy, but Gallade attacks once more with Zen Headbutt... except, the attack missed! What a turn of events here! Well, I guess in a battle that's going to be as drawn out as this, hax is bound to happen eventually.

Gallade futilely attempts to evade with Teleport. Conkeldurr is having none of that though, and it counters back by unleashing its energy. Wow, Pwnemon sure lucked out there, since if the second Zen Headbutt had hit, then Conkeldurr would have KOed Gallade easily. I mean, maybe that's what he wanted, but who knows now...

Whoa! The battlers didn't switch Pokemon! This is new! Exciting!!!!! Being serious though, it looks like Pwnemon is in a good position to get a KO here because of the lucky Zen Headbutt miss last round. Gallade first uses Torment on Conkeldurr, even though it ends up getting smacked by a strong Fire Punch in return.

However, then Gallade follows up with Zen Headbutt. Conkeldurr tries to use a combination to counter, but because of the Torment it can't, and instead uses Struggle. Which, to be honest, still hit pretty hard. But Conkeldurr is now in KO range, so this doesn't look good for it...

...and with a quick Psycho Cut from Gallade, Conkeldurr faints! This is the first KO of the match, but its far from one-sided. Pwnemon has two seriously injured Pokemon now, while Birkal's Gallade is still in comparatively good health. Both Cyclohm and Kecleon have yet to make an appearance, so it's tricky to call a winner just yet.
