* Draco Meteor KOes slower Dragon-types such as Raging Bolt and Adamant Haxorus. It also lets Walking Wake beat Pokemon like Volcanion and some Hoopa-U variants.
* Hydro Pump OHKOes Pokemon weak to Water such as non-Assault Vest Landorus-T and Ursaluna, as well as being Walking Wake's best option versus Pokemon that resist Dragon, like Metagross.
* Hurricane allows Walking Wake to beat Fighting-types such as both Urshifu formes, as well as Grass-types like Ogerpon-W and Rillaboom.
* Aqua Jet is an important priority move for Walking Wake, allowing it to defeat Pokemon that may Endure a lethal move like Custap Berry Urshifu-S, Sneasler, and Ursaluna, and win versus Substitute + Reversal Sneasler.
* The defensive EVs are used to let Walking Wake survive Assault Vest Urshifu-S's Close Combat into Sucker Punch and Choice Specs Volcanion's Hyper Beam. The Speed is used to let Walking Wake outspeed all Landorus-T, and the rest of the EVs are placed in Special Attack.
* Because this set doesn't maximize its Speed, maximum Speed Kyurem, Garchomp, and Haxorus as well as other faster Dragon-types like Roaring Moon and Dragapult can win against Walking Wake. A good Steel- or Fairy-type like Corviknight or Primarina can help alleviate the pressure Walking Wake faces from these threats.

(I'd say Sneasler comes into the category of mons that may endure on a lethal move)
* The defensive EVs are used to survive Assault Vest Urshifu-S Close Combat into Sucker Punch, and Choice Specs Volcanion Hyper Beam. The Speed is used to outspeed all Landorus-T, and the rest of the EVs are placed in Special Attack.
* Because this set doesn't maximize its speed, Max Speed Kyurem, Garchomp, and Haxorus can win the matchup against Walking Wake, as well as other faster Dragon-types like Roaring Moon and Dragapult. A good Steel-type or Fairy-type like Corviknight or Primarina can help alleviate the pressure Walking Wake faces from these threats.
