I wanted to build around NP Recover Celebi, so my first thought was adding pursuit support to help it out, and so I made it in the form of Scarf Krookodile. I also wanted to give out free turns to it and some sort of synergy with a physical breaker and that's how Bandape got into the team. Rotom-H and Aggron are both good Scizor answers and the first one helps with the pursuiting lati process. Aggron is also helpful for Altaria and Latias. Primarina helps with Hydra that is annoying for celebi and other fightings.

Good luck, and please remember to submit your cores by Thursday.

Gengar @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast

Latias (F) @ Adrenaline Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
A pretty straightforward core. Sub Fightinium Z Gengar is a pain in the ass for the team since it outspeeds everything except Krookodile which needs to be careful since Gengar can use Substitute on its Switch-in. Gengar can also check Infernape's Fighting moves and force out Celebi or Primarina which gives it even more opportunities to be behind a Sub. On the other hand, thanks to Adrenaline Orb, Latias can lure Krookodile for Gengar which allows it to pressure even more the team. Gengar can also use All-Out Pummeling vs Aggron-Mega which open doors for Latias and allows it to almost finish the team if it setup one Calm Mind.

Zydoge has been doing pretty well recently with all the Rotom-H spam. It pressures this team nicely as it can outspeed and kill CB Ape, kill Rotom-H, and do a fair amount of damage to Primarina switching in. The Manectric set is by CBU and I've been enjoying it. It beats scarf krook by being able to scout with protect + signal beam. Signal beam also hits Celebi hard. And of course Mane pressures Prim effortlessly.

Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse
- Draco Meteor
- Roost
- Taunt

Tentacruel @ Icium Z
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Rapid Spin/Toxic Spikes
- Haze
- Sludge Wave

This core provides both a strong offensive and defensive presence against this team. Hydreigon proves a strong match for Aggron, Rotom-H, Krookodile, and Celebi with it's powerful taunt set. While it can be threatened by Infernape and Primarina, Tentacruel proves a strong pick to stave both of these threats. Tentacruel also does exceptionally well against Aggron, and doesn't allow Rotom, Celebi, or Krookodile a safe switch to threaten it in return, meaning Tentacruel can hit the entire team. Tentacruel has Z-haze to get a very powerful one-time heal to ensure it's not chipped into a position for Infernape to threaten it. And when Tentacruel has worn down Primarina well enough, Hydreigon becomes a supremely threatening offensive presence as well.

Crawdaunt @ Waterium Z
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Crabhammer
- Knock Off
- Aqua Jet

Manectric-Mega @ Manectite
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Signal Beam
- Volt Switch
- Flamethrower

So I think SD Crawdaunt has the potential to be really scary for this team in combination with Waterium-Z. The main answer to this Mon is defensive Primarina which falls over to a +2 Hydro Vortex after SR Dmg. An Adamant nature can be used to have a better chance to OHKO it with Vortex if SR aren't up + it also lets you pretty much OHKO Krook at +1 with Aqua Jet. Either way this Mon can clean up late game pretty easily with Aqua Jet once Celebi is gone tho it can't mindlessly switch into it. It also breaks Aggron easily without fearing anything other than Toxic. Mega Mane works really well with Crawdaunt as it allows it to come in against Rotom-H while slowly chipping away at it. Mane also invites in Krook and Celebi which it can greatly chunk down using Signal Beam or Flamethrower / Overheat. Signal Beam OHKOs Celebi pretty much which is great for Craw and any dmg on Krook helps put it in range for Aqua Jet. It is also faster than Ape so it can get crucuial chip on it for Crawdaunt too.

252 SpA Manectric-Mega Signal Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Celebi: 340-400 (99.7 - 117.3%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

252 SpA Manectric-Mega Signal Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Krookodile: 226-268 (68.2 - 80.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+2 252 Atk Adaptability Crawdaunt Hydro Vortex (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Primarina: 323-380 (88.7 - 104.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery (Jolly Nature)

+2 252+ Atk Adaptability Crawdaunt Hydro Vortex (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Primarina: 354-417 (97.2 - 114.5%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery (Adamant Nature)

+1 252+ Atk Adaptability Crawdaunt Aqua Jet vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Krookodile: 328-388 (99 - 117.2%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO (Adamant Nature)

Moute.
Lati and Gengar are able to break one for each other very very easily with Lati threatening Krook and forcing Aggron to take a possibly +1 Thunderbolt. Chipping Aggron down for this to kill isn't hard to do either I feel. I would personally run Roost over Psychic though.

I built around volcanion because water absorb is fun. I chose fightium z just to lure blissey. Gligar because I wanted a bulky pivot to get volcanion in for free. It is also a great all around fighting resist. Hydreigon as my speed control and switch in to common breakers like celebi and crawdaunt. I went scizor as my steel to help with the lati matchup and also because I wanted something for mega altaria and togekiss who I struggled with. I went with mega altaria because I originally had sylveon but I didnt like how slow the team was and how people could easily take advantage of wish pass. I needed a hydreigon check so it had to be a fairy. Finally I went with reuniclus because suicune was giving me hell and because i wanted a team that could stomp stall with ease. Reun is also a nice way to control status since malt has defog>heal bell. Reun can also set up on boosters like mega bro and latias which is always fun.

Get your core submissions in by Thursday, as usual!

sup, im only kinda dead

Nidoking (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Wave
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Protect

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit

Nidoking is a threat to this team, straight up nuking Gligar, Volc and M-Altaria and 2HKOing every mon. Protect allows it to abuse the 2 choiced mons that could potentially force it out in Scizor and Hydra and also stops them from Pursuiting you. Scizor is here to prevent Reuniclus from abusing Nido if it ever gets a chance to come in and also allows for more opportunities to click away via U-turn, so bop .

Kommo-o @ Dragonium Z / Life Orb
Ability: Soundproof
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Clanging Scales
- Close Combat

Togekiss @ Babiri Berry
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 144 HP / 112 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Nasty Plot
- Air Slash
- Flamethrower
Mixed Stealth Rocks Kommo-o can mess a lot with this team especially if it's Soundproof variant which allows it to deal with Altaria-Mega. Both of its STABs can be dangerous for the team. On the other hand, since the team doesn't have anything to handle Flying types, Togekiss can be really annoying because it doesn't care about Hydreigon and thanks to Babiri Berry, it can handle Scizor. The EVs spread allows Togekiss to ensure the OHKO on Volcanion after a Nasty Plot and Stealth Rock damages. It also allows it to handle a Choice Band Bullet Punch and a Hyper Voice from Altaria-Mega if it loses the tie vs it.
