Can anyone think of the best iv spread for the following pokemon:

Baltoy
Bagon
Elekid
Skarmory
Happiny

Also, basically 31 in everything would be nice. It'd make more sense if you asked for a good EV spread, but IV spread? Everyone just tries to get 31 in everything unless they're aiming for a Hidden Power, or something along those lines (Trick Room, etc).

Nah, I don't think EV's, because he has Bred IV's in there. I think what he really means is what IV's have higher priorities for breeding. For elekid and bagon, if they're gonna be mixed, try to breed 31's in Attack, Special Attack, and Speed. For the rest, 31's in each defense and hp.

Oh I understand Yoko Rains (btw I know you from another place. You would never know lol). What I meant is really the most sensible iv spread. Something to go for before pulling teeth.
