Flareon was ranked in OU (albeit in the C atm) with a niche to exploit it's Special Bulk to threaten Clefable and other Fairy-type threats, with a support in the form of Wish. I could imagine that Ocean Flareon would very likely eclipse it does to much higher base HP - thus Flare Blitz's recoil far less problematic, plus much better overall bulk and Wish support - alongside Water-typing, Curse set up, access of Earthquake to fend off most Electric-type except the Rotoms, Scald, and still have access of standard Flareon's arsenal such as Yawn and Will-o-Wisp.

Shield Avalugg, on one hand, is even more vulnerable to Fire and Fighting, which are common in OU and even the lower tiers. On the other hand, this is still league better than any other Ice-type combination, making Shield Avalugg's physical bulk even more frightening if you took out it's threats.

Are you sure that Gastric Dusclops be even balanced? Galarian Corsola with Eviolite proved to be a potent wall against many physical attackers, and Gastric Dusclops just happened to have higher Defense and Special Defense, more resistances, actual recovery in the form of Recover, and Yawn. While it does not have access to Strength Sap, it does have a more consistent recovery. Weakness to Dark - thusly Knock Off - can be ugly, but the other upsides simply means Knock Off and Taunt become even more mandatory. Time will tell if it is really better than Galarian Corsola.

Ray Grapploct basically fixes some of the problems with Grapploct in general, such as limited coverage and single Fighting-type. I don't need to explain more in here.

Burned Appletun looks crazy. Shell Smash + Ripen Berry effect can make it a crazy wallbreaker if setted up correctly. Grass/Fire is a nice defensive typing too.

I remain supportive to ban/remove Protector Sylveon if it proves too powerful. After all, standard Sylveon was considered as a viable choice in Gen 8 OU atm.

Pokemon Name: Drampa-Regal (Drampa + Slowking)
Egg Group: Monster
Stats:
78/60/85/135/100(avg)/36
Type:Water/Dragon
New Moves:Slack Off, Power Gem, Psyshock, Psychic, Scald
Abilities:Beserk/Sap Sipper/Regenerator
Dex Entry:After a Shellder bit the head of a Drampa who's father was a slowking, it triggered something within it. The aquatic knowledge suddenly turned Drampa into a regal old dragon. It is referred as The King of the Seas.
Competitive Use: Here we have a good special wall and a great abuser of assault vest. With the water/dragon typing it only has to worry about other dragons and fairies making it more viable in the OU meta game.

Pokemon Name: Drampa-Shield (Drampa + Bastiodon)
Egg Group: Monster
Stats:
78/60/126(avg)/135/91/36
Type:Dragon/Steel
New Moves:Toxic, Stealth Rock, Flash Cannon, Roar, Taunt
Abilities:Beserk/Sap Sipper/Sturdy
Dex Entry:After an incident in a day care involving: a bastiodon, a drampa, and a spoon, an egg was found producing a drampa with an oddly shaped head and a much tougher hide. This new breed was called Drampa-Shield due to its shield shaped head.
Competitive Use: Here we have a slower harder hitting Duraladon. It tanks and spanks while doing all the things you'd expect of a defensive dragon. The main downside is that it lacks recovery.

Pokemon Name: Drampa-Delicious (Drampa + Appletun)
Egg Group: Dragon
Stats:
94(avg)/60/85/135/91/36
Type:Grass/Dragon
New Moves:Slack Off, Power Gem, Psyshock, Psychic, Scald
Abilities:Beserk/Sap Sipper/Thick Fat
Dex Entry:After arriving to Galar the sweet scent and nectar of Appletun was too alluring for Drampa to resist. While some of them preyed upon their new fellow dragons others found the scent to be more alluring than the taste, so alluring that a new breed was formed. Unfortunately this new breed carried over the scent and taste of their Appletun heritage.
Competitive Use: This is just a better Appletun. Good as a trick room sweeper and with that extra bulk from its defenses and thick fat it can take a few more hits.

Only one big boy this time. One very big boy.

Pokemon Name: Abomasnow-Ancient
Egg Group: Monster
Stats: 90 HP / 128 Atk (Avg.) / 75 Def / 90 SpAtk / 85 SpDef / 60 Speed (528 BST)
Type: Grass / Rock
New Moves: Crunch, Head Smash, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Zen Headbutt
Abilities: Snow Warning (Sheer Force)
Height: 8'10 (2.7 m)
Weight: 407.9 lbs (195 kg)
Dex Entry: Some Abomasnow from deep within mountain ranges grow to be well over thousands of years old. Their DNA have some connections to gigantic trees previously thought to be extinct.
Competitive Use: A powerful Trick Room sweeper held back by its middling offensive typing, A-Abomasnow is something to behold. Ice type was really just holding the thing back, but Rock isn't much better since it's still weak to a solid fighting move. Slow speed also keeps it in check, although Ice Shard lets it work past this a bit. Sheer Force is one hell of an ability, let me tell you. I had to resist giving it Thunderbolt.
Is it overpowered?: Looking at this statline, you would absolutely think so. However, keeping in mind how common Fighting and Ice moves pop up, it probably manages to keep itself from being too strong. Hell, other things can out-priority with Mach or Bullet Punch. There's also not a single good physical Grass move to use Sheer Force with, but it can use Energy Ball well enough, I guess.

also its own weather hurts it so maybe don't give it snow warning unless you know what you're doing

Grass/Rock is actually a decent type combo, I wouldn't call it middling. Ice/Rock does better as a middling typing.
middling

mid·dling | \ ˈmid-liŋ , -lən \
Definition of middling
(Entry 1 of 2)
1: of middle, medium, or moderate size, degree, or quality
2: MEDIOCRE, SECOND-RATE
3: of, relating to, or being a middle class

ice/rock on something with 60 speed is not middling its just bad

anyway resubbing this drill mouse

:grapploct: :grimmsnarl:
Pokemon Name: Grapploct-Hairy

Type: Fighting/Fairy
New Moves: Play Rough, Spirit Break, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Thunder Wave
Abilities: Prankster / Technician
Dex Entry: imagine grapploct but instead of tentacles it's just hair
Competitive Use: Grapploct-Hairy is an effective stallbreaker due to Octolock, trapping walls and then using Substitute and Taunt to prevent the opponent from using status or recovery. Its STABs are handy for hitting Dark-types who would be immune to its status moves, but other than that it struggles against offensive mons.

Type: Grass/Poison

Isn't the rules RUBL and below? Haxorus isn't in RU.

Pokemon Name: Mouthful Alcremie (Alcremie-Mouthful)
Egg Group: Amorphous
Stats: 65 HP / 60 Atk / 105 Def / 110 SpA / 121 SpD / 64 Spe | BST: 525 (Averaged Defense)
Type:

New Moves: Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Trick Room, Memento, Haze
Abilities: Pressure | Aroma Veil
Height: 0.6 m | Weight: 10 kg
Dex Entry: Despite having a larger mouth on it's stomach, the Mouthful Alcremie only uses it to eat it could not do with it's normal mouth. | Although looking sinister, the Mouthful Alcremie prefer hunting after malevolent souls in order to send them in the afterlife.

Competitive Strengths: It can be used as a Trick Room setter or a Calm Mind set up sweeper, with Memento to maintain the pace by severely powering down a threat. It also have better immediate power and coverage than Mimikyu, who would severely struggle against most competent Steel-type threats. It could also play as a Special Wall with Haze, Aroma Veil (to prevent Taunt) and Recover to wall out Special Attackers that isn't a Ghost or Steel-type.

Competitive Weaknesses: Despite better immediate power and coverage, it will still compete with Mimikyu does to that one having better Speed + priority, alongside Disguise so that it can be used for revenge killing. Mouthful Alcremie is also slower, meaning that Physical pressure can still take it out. Notable Ghost-type and Steel-type threats like Dragapult and Corviknight can especially threaten it, but neither want to switch into a Shadow Ball or Mythical Fire, respectively.

Pokemon Name: Scarfed Roserade (Roserade-Scarfed)
Egg Group: Fairy
Stats: 60 HP / 70 Atk / 65 Def / 125 SpA / 105 SpD / 107 Spe | BST: 532 (Averaged Speed)
Type:

New Moves: Quiver Dance, Moonblast, Sticky Web, Draining Kiss, U-Turn
Abilities: Natural Cure / Shield Dust | Technician
Height: 0.9 m | Weight: 13.5 kg
Dex Entry: While very serene, it can also inject poison into predators in very swift movements. | It's scarf was resulted from dried leaves, resulting it becoming even more poisonous.

Competitive Strengths: Sticky Web, Spikes or Toxic Spikes setter, U-Turn for pivot, Sleep Powder, Quiver Dance set up, and an unique Poison / Fairy typing allows it to strike down opposing Fairy-type like Clefable and oppressive Dragon-types like Dragapult and Hydreigon, as well as having Grass-type coverage to shoo-off Ground-type threats. Technician can be used to boost Draining Kiss, which allows it to recover a lot of HP. It can also provide support with Aromatherapy.

Competitive Weaknesses: It's physical bulk leave much to be desired, and Steel-types (particularly Corviknight) in general will leave it miserable (though Aegislash had to watch for Shadow Ball), although none want to be hit by Sleep Powder and resulting lost pace. Special walls not weak to Poison and Fairy can also put a stop into it, with Toxapex's Haze cancelling it's Quiver Dance boost... however, since Scarfed Roserade can't be poisoned, it can safely set up hazards or put Toxapex into sleep.

Pokemon Name: Muddy Glaceon (Glaceon-Muddy)
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 80 HP / 60 Atk / 110 Def / 130 SpA / 95 SpD / 65 Spe | BST: 540 (Averaged HP)
Type:

New Moves: Scald, Hydro Pump, Earth Power, Sludge Wave, Recover
Abilities: Unaware | Ice Body
Height: 0.9 m | Weight: 35.9 kg
Dex Entry: Being able to adapt on the river, Muddy Glaceon figures out how to melt its own ice in order to perform Water attacks. It tend to overdo the melting that result a scalding water. | Although looking a bit sillier looking, it is more resilient than a normal Glaceon.

Competitive Strengths: Although this Glaceon still have four weaknesses and only gain a resistance to Water, it compensates with slightly better HP (which can reinforce good Defense further with Scald's burn) and Unaware, making physical set-up sweepers much less effective against it, especially since Muddy Glaceon have access to Recover. With Freeze-Dry, most opposing Water-type (including Toxapex) wouldn't bother to switch-in, while Earth Power will make it dangerous against Electric-type. It can serve as a wallbreaker who can ignore stage-based defensive boosts if it hold Choice Specs, or a physical wall with Scald and Unaware to ignore Attack and Special Attack boost.

Competitive Weaknesses: It's Special bulk still isn't impressive, so strong Special wallbreakers can at least deliver a 2HKO or even a OHKO (though Unaware means that one should not set-up on Muddy Glaceon as it will just not work). It is also slow, which means it can be easily finished off if sufficiently injured outside of the semi-uncommon Trick Room. Migale Vikavolt will work the best does to naturally very high SpA and Compound Eyes Thunder.
