Alright, so the last slate's one winner is a tie between Roserade-Scarfed and Drampa-Shield! I haven't voted yet, so I'll do the honors and break the tie...

Pokemon Name: Scarfed Roserade (Roserade-Scarfed)
Egg Group: Fairy
Stats: 60 HP / 70 Atk / 65 Def / 125 SpA / 105 SpD / 107 Spe | BST: 532 (Averaged Speed)
Type:

New Moves: Quiver Dance, Moonblast, Sticky Web, Draining Kiss, U-Turn
Abilities: Natural Cure / Shield Dust | Technician
Height: 0.9 m | Weight: 13.5 kg
Dex Entry: While very serene, it can also inject poison into predators in very swift movements. | It's scarf was resulted from dried leaves, resulting it becoming even more poisonous.

Competitive Strengths: Sticky Web, Spikes or Toxic Spikes setter, U-Turn for pivot, Sleep Powder, Quiver Dance set up, and an unique Poison / Fairy typing allows it to strike down opposing Fairy-type like Clefable and oppressive Dragon-types like Dragapult and Hydreigon, as well as having Grass-type coverage to shoo-off Ground-type threats. Technician can be used to boost Draining Kiss, which allows it to recover a lot of HP. It can also provide support with Aromatherapy.

Competitive Weaknesses: It's physical bulk leave much to be desired, and Steel-types (particularly Corviknight) in general will leave it miserable (though Aegislash had to watch for Shadow Ball), although none want to be hit by Sleep Powder and resulting lost pace. Special walls not weak to Poison and Fairy can also put a stop into it, with Toxapex's Haze cancelling it's Quiver Dance boost... however, since Scarfed Roserade can't be poisoned, it can safely set up hazards or put Toxapex into sleep.
Roserade-Scarfed 4

Drampa-Shield 3

Glaceon-Muddy 2
Machamp-Calm 2
Scrafty-Horned 2
Alcremie-Mouthful 2
Jolteon-Fox 2
Inteleon-Toxic 2

Abomasnow-Ancient 1
Bellossom-Wild-Flower

With that said and done, submissions for Gen 8 Breeding Variants are done for the time being unless anything needs to be banned! Coding and playtesting will (hopefully) start soon.

Ayo! If you wanna help me continue to develop this pet mod into a good ass meta, you might wanna join my new Discord server! It's a unified hub for all my mods, and right now we're having a vote on which of the ones incorporated to playtest first, so come in and vote! hird copypaste of this kek

Cool concept - looks like you could make some real evil things though, lol

Chansey-Hat (Chansey + Hatterene)
Type: Normal/Fairy
Stats:
250/5/50/35/105/50
Abilities: Natural Cure / Serene Grace / Magic Bounce
New Moves:
Nuzzle, Trick Room, Heal Pulse, Healing Wish, Magic Powder(lol)
Dex: Chansey was blessed with the magic powers of a mystical hat.

Even with only base 50 Def, the boost is massive, and reflecting status (and hazards) with Magic Bounce makes this thing even more unkillable. It also gets a bunch of great support moves, and a really annoying move in Nuzzle. Thanks for the inspiration, Dramps :)

Thanks for the sub but submissions for V2 ended a while back. Also even if they were still up Chansey is currently natdex and couldn't be used as a base

Ooh, I realise my post looked like a proper submission, but it was really just a meme suggestion to show one of the most AIDS mons I could make, lol
*(most AIDS mon I could make based on the concept itself without regards to the rules)

Oh, and when's the next round of submissions? I'll try and make something even more cancerous.
There won't be any other more mons for this gen I think, we keep it at 25 just to prevent things from getting out of hand with 100s of subs like certain other mods (Fusion Evolution mainly)

please dont doublepost btw just put all ur inquiries into one

This mod hasn't been active in a while! That 25 mon roster atm is missing out on some of that DLC juice... What do you say about a new slate?

The rules will be the same as they've always been, just now you can use any Pokemon in the Isle of Armor Pokedex as a base!

Yes, whenever I do decide to start playtesting this we will be using the current OU meta as the base format with the new toys added in!

NOW GET SUBBING!!!!!

Oh yeah also since their bases were re-added in the DLC Kingdra-Camo, Exploud-Meow, Lurantis-Nut and Skarmory-Primordial from Gen 7 are back!

:ss/druddigon: :ss/dragapult:
Pokemon Name: Druddigon-Swiftfoot
Egg Group: Dragon
Stats: 77/120/90/60/90/95
Type: Dragon
New Moves: Dragon Darts, Dragon Dance, U-Turn, Body slam, Breaking Swipe
Abilities: Infiltrator/Sheer Force/Mold Breaker
Dex Entry: After setting foot on the Isle of Armor various dragon types began mating with the galarian natives, and Druddigon was no exception. This breed mated with Dragapult allowing for an overall sleeker and speedier body. It's now a bigger threat than it is in Unova due to its similar power and new found speed.
Competitive Use: I see this as one of two things. A life orb set up sweeper with DDance or a scarfed sweeper.

:ss/passimian: :ss/Dugtrio:
Pokemon Name: Passimian-Digger
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 100/120/90/40/60/100
Type: Fighting/Ground
New Moves: Sucker Punch, Stone Edge, Dig, Stealth Rock, Memento
Abilities: Sand Force/Defiant
Dex Entry: Due to curiosity a lot of Passimians decided to head underground on the Isle of Armor, and they ran into Dugtrio. Seeing as Dugtrio were the perfect example of teamwork, the Passimians learned from them and eventually mated with them. The end result is Passimian-Digger, a Passimian more acclimated to caves and other underground networks.
Competitive Use: It shares the same role as regular passimian as a choice scarf sweeper with defiant. The main difference is that now it can work along side sand teams for extra powerful STABquakes

:ss/drapion: :ss/crawdaunt:
Pokemon Name: Drapion-Freshwater
Egg Group: Water 3
Stats: 70/105/110/60/75/95
Type: Poison/Water
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Crab Hammer, Dragon Dance, Waterfall, Close Combat
Abilities: Battle Armor/Sniper/Adaptablity
Dex Entry: Drapion and Crawdaunt traditionally see themselves as minor antagonists to each other at best, with both of them being in habitats near bodies of freshwater, however one mating season mishap changed all of that. A drapion and a crawdaunt mated and somehow the end result was a new kind of Skorupi, that trainers found to be cute. After that many trainers tried to recreate the swimming skorupi and ended up with a powerful water type that packs a poisonous punch.
Competitive Use: It now serves well as a choice scarfer as adaptability makes up for the lack of power it has, however it could turn into a set up sweeper due to its higher than average bulk for a sweeper and its access to dragon dance. However I would see that more as a lower tier thing.

Long-time lurker, first-time poster!

Pokemon Name: Salazzle-Draco
Egg Group: Dragon
Stats: 80 / 64 / 60 / 111 / 60 / 117
Type:
/

New Moves: Draco Meteor, Earth Power, Focus Blast, U-turn, Defog
Abilities: Corrosion / Levitate
Dex Entry: Salazzle became jealous of the other Dragons in Galar due to how they were stealing away its Salandit mates with their more tough, cool appearance. So the Salazzles got together and found a Dragon to mate with in order to punish the Salandit for not remaining loyal to them.
Competitive Use: Nasty Plot sweeper or utility Pokémon that can toxic everything.

Pokemon Name: Cofagrigus-Spiky
Egg Group: Mineral
Stats: 66 / 50 / 145 / 95 / 105 / 30
Type:
/

New Moves: Spikes, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed, Thunder Wave, Flash Cannon
Abilities: Mummy / Iron Barbs
Dex Entry: After Galarian criminals ended up not being scared of Cofagrigus’s usual tactics, it decided to grow spikes around its body and shoot them at anyone who still thinks of robbing the graves.
Competitive Use: What Cofagrigus should have been from the start. An amazing defensive typing, a wide range of utility moves, two abilities that punish contact attackers, and high defenses lets it wall almost half the tier, particularly the Fairies.

Stats: 125/116/75/65/75/119
Type: Fire/Water
New Moves: Earthquake, Waterfall, Liquidation, Steel Roller, Body Slam
Abilities: Oblivious/Libero
Dex Entry: Once wailords were discovered on the shores of Isle of Armor, some dumb trainers breed them with their Cinderaces to try and get them as large as possible, creating Cinderace-Chungus
Competitive Use: It shares the same role as normal cinderace.
Long-time lurker, first-time poster!

Pokemon Name: Hydreigon-Toxic
Egg Group: Dragon
Stats:
92 / 105 / 90 / 125 / 90 / 107

New Moves: Will-o-Wisp, Knock Off, Poison Jab, Dragon Dance, Gunk Shot

The Hydreigon and Cinderace forms are vetoed as they are for Pokemon who are already OU

Yh just swap it around and ur good I think. Anyways love the heck outta this mod so I gotta contribute.

Don't cut him
Pokemon Name: Dusknoir-Cake
Egg Group: Amorphous
Stats: 54 / 100 / 135 / 65 / 135 / 45 | BST: 534
Type: Ghost / Fairy
New Moves: Play Rough / Drain Punch (bro what) / Acid Armor / Recover / Dazzling Gleam
Abilities: Pressure | Sweet Veil (HA)
Dex Entry: This variant of Dusknoir is very fond of sweets, loves to impersonate things as a prank, and is very allergic to sharp metallic blades.
Competitive Use: This is very much a meme submission but SOMEHOW we got a good fusion out of this. At least, a fusion I'd argue is better than both of their parents. Anyways Dusknoir-Cake sorta just attacks and can heal with Recover? Choice Band is an interesting pick here now that it has (albeit weak) Fighting coverage and a secondary dual STAB, but idk if that's the right fit for this Pokemon. Vote for cake.

Coming in hot
Pokemon Name: Rapidash-Mule
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 65 / 112 / 70 / 80 / 80 / 105 | BST: 512
Type: Fire / Ground
New Moves: Earthquake / Stealth Rock / Close Combat / Earth Power / Stone Edge
Abilities: Flame Body / Flare Fire | Stamina (HA)
Dex Entry: Rapidash ran through fields that were caked in mud until its very hooves were weighed down with the substance.
Competitive Use: This horse hits decently hard and is decently fast. Fire Ground is a spectacular typing and it can serve as a soft check to top tier threats like Volcarona and Magearna. This thing is also legitimately scary if you manage to get off a Swords Dance.

Think Magearna is bad?
Pokemon Name: Orbeetle-Mothra
Egg Group: Bug
Stats: 60 / 45 / 110 / 107 / 120 / 90 | BST: 532
Type: Bug / Psychic
New Moves: Quiver Dance / Fiery Dance / Defog / Will-O-Wisp / Fire Blast
Abilities: Swarm / Frisk | Flame Body (HA)
Dex Entry: This Orbeetle bathed in the sunlight of of the desert and was worshipped by many as the creator of all manners of ancient architecture.
Competitive Use: Quiver Dance + Iron Defense + Stored Power. Luckily its defenses are undersold by its pitiful HP and it really can't do much without quite a few boosta under its belt, but if you allow it to get going, not much stopping you. A.K.A bring Urshifu + a slow pivot and you beat it lol.

Pokemon Name: Weezing-Jelly
Egg Group: Amorphous
Stats: 82/90/120/85/70/60 | BST: 507 (averaged HP stat)
Type: Poison/Water
New Moves: Recover, Strength Sap, Scald, Taunt, Trick
Abilities: Levitate / Neutralizing Gas (Water Absorb)
Height: 3'11"
Weight: 35 lbs
Dex Entry: Thrives on megacities where smog pollution is combined with acid rain, this Pokemon releases a stench of moist toxins to the air.
Competitive Use: Jellicent has given Weezing everything it wants to be OU viable: reliable recovery and a higher HP stat! The combination of Weezing's typing and bulk allows it to check top tier offensive threats such as Cinderace and Urshifu. Taunt/Trick and Flamethrower allow it to cripple defensive threats such as Ferrothorn and Amoonggus.

Pokemon Name: Wigglytuff-Evil
Egg Group: Fairy
Stats:
140/70/45/85/62/45 | BST: 447 (averaged Sp. Def stat)
Type:
Dark/Fairy
New Moves:
Taunt, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse
Abilities:
Cute Charm / Competitive (Prankster)
Height:
3'03"
Weight:
26.5 lbs
Dex Entry:
The air inside its body is full of evil energy. This Pokemon will inflate itself to scare people just for fun.
Competitive Use:
Prankster gives Wigglytuff priority to its wide support movepool including Stealth Rock, Heal Bell, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Taunt, and dual screens. It also gives Wigglytuff priority Wish to consistently keep itself and its teammates healthy.

After G-Luke made a fine suggestion, I decided to implement it.

Pokemon Name: Gigalith-Enlightened
Egg Group: Mineral
Stats: 87/135/130/60/80/25
Type: Rock/Psychic
New Moves: Zen Headbutt/Trick Room/Will-o-Wisp/Morning Sun
Abilities: Sturdy/Sand Stream/Levitate
Dex Entry: A Gigalith variant that questioned and found the meaning of excistance. It has gathered a big cult following.
Competitive Use: Levitate is a nice addition and adds to the flavor of a psychic enlightened Gigalith. Zen Headbutt is a solid addition to Gigalith's movepool, Morning Sun will help restore lost HP without the need of Rest and Will-o-Wisp stops physical sweeps in their tracks.

Pokemon Name: Scizor-Swift
Egg Group: Bug
Stats: 70/130/100/55/80/75
Type:
Fight/Steel
New Moves: Close Combat/Earthquake/Body Slam/Stone Edge
Abilities: Swarm/Technician/Guts
Dex Entry: This Scizor variant is faster and more aggressive then other Scizor. It throws rapid punches and slashes to overthrow it's opponent quickly.
Competitive Use: One of the old pokemon that made a return to the game with a bang is Scizor and I am very thankful for that. Adding Guts to the ability pool opens up new possibilities beside Technician and with CC, EQ, BS and SE, Scizor will have some more options to fight.

Pokemon Name: Gigalith-Enlightened
Egg Group: Mineral
Stats: 87/135/130/60/80/25
Type: Rock/Psychic
New Moves: Cosmic Power/Zen Headbutt/Trick Room/Gyro Ball
Abilities: Sturdy/Sand Stream/Levitate
Dex Entry: A Gigalith variant that questioned and found the meaning of excistance. It has gathered a big cult following.
Competitive Use: Gyro Ball speaks volume, though I might remove it again in terms of flavor. Levitate is a nice addition and just adds to the flavor of a psychic enlightened Gigalith. Same goes for Cosmic Power. Zen Headbutt is a solid addition to Gigalith's movepool.

Pokemon Name: Rillaboom-MartialArts
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 100/125/90/60/76/85
Type: Grass/Fight
New Moves: Close Combat, First Impression, Brave Bird, Curse
Abilities: Overgrow/Grassy Surge/Scrappy
Dex Entry: This variant of Rillaboom decided to incorporate martial arts techniques in it's drumming. The shows it gives are sensational!
Competitive Use: Rillaboom is already a strong pokemon that is can sweep the floor with most opponents. While I know that making it grass/fight will give it many weaknesses, it will also equally give it many resistances. With Farfetch'd providing powerful moves like CC, FI and BB, this variant of Rillaboom will make sure it leaves an everlasting impression.
Scizor and Rillaboom vetoed for being based on OU mons

:ss/leafeon: :ss/incineroar:
Pokemon Name: Leafeon-Roar
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 80/110/130/60/65/95
Type: Grass / Fire
New Moves: Bulk Up, Flare Blitz, Fake Out, Darkest Lariat, Close Combat
Abilities: Intimidate | Chlorophyll
Dex Entry: Roar Leafeon gains a fiercer appearance, capable of intimidating other Pokémon despite it's relatively short size. It hold a burning belt-like fur similar to Incineroar's, and is said to shares a fierce rivalry with Ocean Flareon.
Competitive Use: With a somewhat better Defensive typing, slightly higher HP and access to Intimidate, Roar Leafeon's naturally high Defense makes it difficult for physical opponents to take it down, especially after one Bulk Up or two. It can also fit into a Sun team and exploit it's Chlorophyll Ability without the severe weakness of the Fire-type. Stealth Rock weakness and low Special Defense can pose a problem, and it compete with Tangrowth who, while slower, have access of Regenerator and thus better survivability.

:ss/glaceon: :ss/exploud:
Pokemon Name: Glaceon-Loud
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 85/60/110/130/95/65
Type: Ice / Normal
New Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Extrasensory, Focus Blast, Boomburst
Abilities: Scrappy | Ice Body
Dex Entry: Loud Glaceon have their drooping "hairs" and their tail having boombox-like design, allowing it to amplify their voice if needed to. Even the most evasive Ghost-type does not want to hear it's powerful screech!
Competitive Use: "Wait Sam, you just gave Glaceon a worse defensive typing -" STAB Boomburst, Scrappy, on a base 130 Pokémon. Does that terrifies you? While Loud Glaceon did become even more vulnerable to Fighting-type and remains slow, just one Choice Specs can 2HKO a majority of walls with Boomburst or OHKO/2HKO pesky Steel-types with Flamethrower, Fire Blast or Focus Blast. Among the walls are Gastric Dusclops.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Glaceon-Loud Boomburst vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Dusclops-Gastric: 166-196 (56.8 - 67.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Only Eviolite Chansey and anything resisting Normal can survive more than two Boombursts. It's a powerful wallbreaker that do not suffer the strictly limited coverage that Glaceon severely suffered for. Just as long as you keep it away from Fighting-type (unless you want to punish them with Extrasensory, avoid doing so on Single Strike Urshifu), put it on Trick Room if you wanted, and get rid of Chansey, you will be just fine dealing with walls.

Id def look into Wisp and Morning Sun instead of Cosmic Power and Gyro Ball. Those two moves give Gigalith extra utility while neither of the other moves would be used.

Bringing back an old sub because people seemed interested in it:

Pokemon Name: Pincurchin-Steamer
Egg Group: Amorphous
Stats: 56 (HP average) / 101 / 95 / 91 / 85 / 15
Type: Electric / Fairy
New Moves:
Play Rough, Misty Terrain, Aromatherapy, Haze, Strange Steam
Abilities: Misty Surge / Electric Surge
Height: (Optional)
Weight: (Optional)
Dex Entry:
After some Pincurchin spent way too much time in the riverbank near Motostoke, they ingested the steam the local Galarian Weezing blast out. The Pincurchin learned to also be able to perform these tricks as a result of exposure.
Competitive Use: Terrain Setter that has a choice of which terrain it wishes to set. You can make it either be a setter for an offensive Electric Terrain team, or a more defensive approach with Misty Terrain.

And here's some memes based on DLC tutors:

Pokemon Name: Lycanroc-Weasel (Lycanroc-Midnight + Weavile)
Egg Group: Field
Stats:
85 / 115 / 75 / 55 / 75 / 103 (Speed average)
Type: Rock / Ice
New Moves:
Triple Axel, Dynamic Punch, Ice Shard, Knock Off, Icicle Crash
Abilities:
Pressure / Vital Spirit / No Guard
Height: (Optional)
Weight: (Optional)
Dex Entry:
A Midnight Lycanroc got lost in the snowy mountains in mainland Galar after being separated from its trainer. The Weavile there appreciated its hunting skills and took it in as one of their own. Eventually these variants of Lycanroc appeared.
Competitive Use:
No Guard Triple Axel is heat, and it also has Dynamic Punch and Stone Edge to use No Guard with. Ice Shard gives a better offense matchup, as it is a bit bad with middling speed. (Well one could use Rock Polish if they feel edgy...)

Pokemon Name: Togedemaru-Drummer (Togedemaru + Rillaboom)
Egg Group: Field
Stats:
65 / 111 (Attack average) / 65 / 40 / 73 / 96
Type: Grass / Steel
New Moves:
Wood Hammer, Drum Beating, Superpower, Knock Off, High Horsepower
Abilities:
Iron Barbs / Grassy Surge / Sturdy
Height: (Optional)
Weight: (Optional)
Dex Entry:
Competitive Use:
Hear me out here: this is a terrain setter that gets STAB on Steel Roller, so every time this comes in, it can create the requirement needed to use Steel Roller. It gets Rillaboom's coverage and increased attack stat to not make it deadweight otherwise.
