Brick, masonry, force field, moly steel, etc.

I set out to make a team composed entirely of walls/tanks. This is the result:

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/152 Atk/8 Def/96 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Gyro Ball
- Hypnosis
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
Earthquake chosen for type coverage. My strategy is fairly dependant upon getting up SR. I'm debating whether to use Quiet instead. If I am forced to switch out Bronzong, my game temporarily becomes offensive with the use of one of the following two.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Roar
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
Roar is to take advantage of SR and Spikes. It can attack special if I need it. CM is always useful for late game special sweeps.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Roar
- Avalanche
- Stone Edge
Again, Roar is to take advantage of SR and Spikes. It's a physical attacker if I need it. I needed Stone Edge for the type coverage, and I didn't need Waterfall.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/162 Atk/96 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Gyro Ball
- Rapid Spin
- Explosion
- Spikes
Spinner and Spiker. Nothing too special, but terribly necessary if I need to switch often to use my strategy.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 148 HP/252 Def/104 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss
Aromatherapy is a must for this team. I need to be able to switch freely, and I can't afford for several of my team members to be statused.

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 96 HP/162 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Moonlight
- Charge Beam
6CM paralyzed Cresselia sweep FTW (this actually happened). Actually my fastest pokemon. Even one CM allows it to take Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse quite well and moonlight or CM again on the next turn. Laughs at Nasty Plot.

My strategy is to set up SR and Spikes and then Roar with Swampert and Suicune or force switches by switching in my own walls. It should be noted that no pokemon on this team is weak to ice, and there are only 9 total weaknesses (2 of them x4). Also, half my team resists Sandstorm.

Trick Room could be an option considering the really low speed of my whole team, but I'm not completely sure about losing EQ to get it.

If you're using such a stall-orientated team, you really should be aiming to cover more threats. MixApe is pretty rough on this team, being able to stroll straight through it once Cresselia has lost about a third of her health (her lack of HP and SpD EVs speed up her downfall).

Swampert, Bronzong and Forry lack any form of recovery, so I think WishBliss will be able to bring more to the team than your current Cleric Bliss.

A ghost is always worth consideration too in a team like this. One Rapid Spin can undo all your hard work.

This is very, very similar to my stall team. However, I use Spiritomb over Suicune, as Suicune doesn't really benifit the team in any way what so ever, and the fact that I like to be able to block Rapid Spin.

Lee mentioned using Wish Blissey. I agree on this, Swampert, Bronzong and Forretress need to be able to replenish their HP in order to keep up the team's strategy, adding Wish will help them, in theory.

I use different sets on all my Pokemon. I think it should be noted that Infernape will hurt you sincerely, I would add Toxic Spikes to the combination so you can effectively wear down Infernape. Use this over Earthquake on Forretress.

I will help this team tommorow, as I feel it's close to almost perfection, in terms of stall.

As stated, this team needs a ghost. If not for blocking rapid spin, for helping you take Fighting attacks, you currently only have one resistance.

Add some SpDef EV's to Cresselia. Even though you're running Calm Mind, your SpDef doesn't get boosted until you use it, obviously. Cresselia won't be able to switch into special attackers, or Mix'd Infernape's as easily, considering you're relying on her to get a Calm Mind to wall special threats. I really don't see what Suicune covers that the rest of your team doesn't.

Stall teams really aren't my strongest area, so I don't really know what to suggest to replace Suicune with though.

Suicune is there to absorb fire hits. I was originally considering Uxie, but it's just a Cresselia clone for my purposes, and Suicune had a nice set of weaknesses that didn't cause much overlap. I'm ashamed to say I didn't even think of Spiritomb.

I would add Toxic Spikes to the combination so you can effectively wear down Infernape. Use this over Earthquake on Forretress.

I like this option, but Forretress doesn't have EQ. Should I replace Explosion?

If Suicune is there to absorb fire attacks, why not just use a ResTalk Heatran? While you already have 2 steel types, Heatran shares no weakness's with them considering it's immune to fire attacks, which are the bane of Bronzong and Forretress existance, and neither Bronzong nor Forretress are weak to ground, water or fighting.
