What is the bug?
Legends ZA + DLC megas don't show up in /nds mega, unreleased.

IF: Them being in a legends game is enough to qualify them as released, then they should show up in /nds mega, which they do not. Either way, they aren't showing up.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

It's not. They will be considered released if they get into a main-gen game (or maybe Pokémon Champions, we'll see).
