What is the bug?

strange edgecase for ladder tournament tracking command where a voice cannot broadcast but can rebroadcast

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
We have not tried again. Would not be surprised if this happens every time.

Rebroadcast doesn't work like that - this looks like you used "ld" without an argument, which is different from "ld top". The proper command can be broadcasted/rebroadcasted by voices.
