What type of bug are you reporting? Client

What is the bug?
I can login using chrome on iOS 17.x, but I can’t login using safari

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Clear cookies on both browsers

Set username to my username

Login using password

Safari : Wrong password (dialog/promt)

Chrome : successful login
 
This is likely because you're using Apple iCloud Private Relay, a service which functions as a proxy/VPN and is known to cause issues with logins. Disable that service to be able to log in on Safari.
