Needs Triage Bug Report - Encore description gens 2 and 3

What is the bug?
Encore's gen 2 and 3 description on the site states that it lasts 3-6 turns, but according to bulbapedia, pokemondb, in-game description and behaviour, and PS behaviour, they can last 2-6 turns.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Boot up a gen 3 game with encore mons and try to force a 2 turn encore and/or use /dt2 encore and /dt3 encore

The link attached is a dead room so I may have the context wrong, but isn't this just because the turn that Encore is clicked counts as one turn for the counter? Therefore if you clicked it on turn 13, this would be T1 of Encore, with turn 14 being T2, and turn 15 being T3 and finishing there. Again I may have missed something in the og replay, but this sounds like intended behavior.
