What is the bug?
While looking over volatiles, I noticed that there was no "noCopy" for Unburden's volatile. Is this accurate or a mistake? Because this allows you to Baton Pass Unburden's boost if Neutralizing Gas is involved, see the attached replay.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

I don't know what is actually happening during Neutralizing Gas, but either way, this pending PR would always fix it https://github.com/smogon/pokemon-showdown/pull/11373
