What is the bug?
Ice Face doesn't work. Breaking his Ice Face does not change his stats.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Anyone can replicate it. Hit Eiscue with a physical attack, break his Ice Face, and his STATS DO NOT CHANGE. It takes 3 seconds to test, but I'm guessing no one cared bc no one uses Eiscue.

In the replay, not only is the eiscue faster after the ice face breaks (it didn't outspeed before the break), but alluring voice also dealt damage not possible with ice form's stats. I did !showteam at the end for clarity.
Here are the damage calcs, they match up with the rolls gotten in the game
0 SpA Alomomola Alluring Voice vs. 64 HP / 0 SpD Eiscue: 32-38 (10.4 - 12.3%) -- possible 9HKO
0 SpA Alomomola Alluring Voice vs. 64 HP / 0 SpD Eiscue-Noice: 50-59 (16.2 - 19.2%) -- possible 6HKO
Tooltip also seemed to update accordingly
