What is the bug?
The format VGC 2025 Reg H has disappeared from both the teambuilder and the battle format selector. Reg G and Reg I are both still here but Reg H appears to be have been removed. Searching for it in the battle format selector pulls zero results.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes. If you open the teambuilder and click the format dropbutton, you'll see that under SV Doubles, the only VGC regs listed are C, D, G, I, J, and F. VGC Reg H has been removed entirely.
