What is the bug?
Deleted team keeps coming back, cannot permanently delete it

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
After refreshing. I delete the team (it's at the top of my builder), i refresh, it comes back at the top.

You probably uploaded the team to the database - try typing /teams into any chat on Showdown and seeing if you have that team in that list. If it's there, delete it and that should fix your problem.
