What type of bug are you reporting? Teambuilder

What is the bug?
Rattata in showdown don't have laser focus (in national dex), but, in pokemon Brilliant diamond and Shining pearl can learn it at level 13.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
You can go in the teambuilder, put a rattata and search "laser focus" in the move slot, you see that you can't have it.

In Gen 1 MIMIC does not cause an underflow when it replicates a move that it already has. This is purely a Pokemon Showdown glitch and HERE it is effecting competitive laddering and undermining a tier and its format.
