What type of bug are you reporting? Teambuilder

What is the bug?
If you set the format to National Dex Doubles Ubers, the top of the list will be the CAP mons, although they are not usable in the format. The validation for the legality works properly, and states that they are not in the game.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Go to teambuilder, set the format as National Dex Doubles Ubers, and click 'Add Pokemon'.

CAP Pokemon are showing up in the National Dex Doubles Ubers Teambuilder. They are not validated.

Simply go into the ND Doubles Ubers Teambuilder, and the CAP mons will be the first option.
