What type of bug are you reporting? Validator

What is the bug?
A level 75 Flutter Mane with Moonblast is considered Invalid, because it only learns the move later on.
However, the event raid Flutter Manes are caught on level 75 and know the move already, making it legal.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Create a level 75 Flutter Mane with moonblast and validate the team for regulation F

The level 75 Flutter Mane event has an additional constraint that it must be a minimum of 4 IV.
It comes with the moves Shadow Ball, Moonblast, Power Gem, and Icy Wind.
