What is the bug?
Spinda can validate Spotlight even though it's an egg move that it can't obtain, as there's no other Pokemon in the same egg groups as it to pass it in the first place.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Try validating the following in a Gen 7 OU or NDOU team (Spotlight is a dexit'd move in Gen 8+):

Spinda
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 60 Atk
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spotlight

Smeargle can Sketch Spotlight, and breed with Spinda to give it Spotlight as an egg move.

Oh, I forgot about Smeargle, although that raises another issue as using the " /learn spinda, Spotlight, Gen 7 " command yields a buggy result, IDK if that should be its own thread, however.

Starting in Gen 6, the mother is also able to pass down egg moves, so there is no longer any need for a specific father. The * is supposed to indicate this.
