Chat buildformat with removed sleep clause mod

What is the bug?
I am unable to make essentially a custom game free for all format using the format customizer it reads back to me " Rule "!Sleep Clause Mod" did nothing because "Sleep Clause Mod" is not in effect "

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes.
1. open format customizer
2. select free for all as the base format
3. change nothing in bans or values
4. uncheck all boxes other than hp percent, team preview, and cancel
5. press create

End result, the format doesn't get made and it undoes all changes returning you to essentially step 2
I put in a ticket for this and the mod couldn't figure it out either
Help plz

Seems to be a bug caused by removing "Standard" when FFA explicitly has the "!Sleep Clause Mod" rule. Personally I feel like user-created redundant !rules shouldn't error at all.
