Swampert@Leftovers
Ability:Torrent
Nature:Relaxed
EV's:240 HP/216 Def/52 SpD
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Beam
-Scald

Swampert is my lead pokemon.Swampert's main purpose is to set up Stealth Rock.STAB Earthquake will heavily damage anyone that is not resistant to it.Ice Beam will help with the common dragon threats in 5th gen.Scald is great for the 30% chance to burn to slow down some sweepers.Swampert can also abosorb electric attacks for Gyarados.

Conkeldurr@Leftovers
Ability:Guts
Nature:Adamant
EV's:252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
-Drain Punch
-Bulk Up
-Mach Punch
-Payback

Standard Bulk Up Conkeldurr.Bulk Up makes Conkeldurr a much bulkier and dealier sweeper.Drain Punch is a reliable recovery move to tank and damage things.Mach Punch allows to revenge kill things such as Excadrill and Lucario.Payback will allow my Conkeldurr to hit ghost types such as Jellicent,Gengar, etc.Conkeldurr can also be used to absorb status moves which he strongly benefits from.

Reuniclus@Life Orb
Ability:Magic Guard
Nature:Bold
EV's:252 HP/252 Def/4 SpA
-Psyshock/Psychic
-Calm Mind
-Focus Blast
-Recover

Standard Calm Mind sweeper.Calm Mind makes Reuniclus a more effective sweeper and harder to take down.Psyshock will help against other Calm Minders, but might have a problem with Conkeldurr after a couple of Bulk Up's.Focus Blast helps counter Hydreigon that might wall it.Recover is a reliable recovery move.

Hydreigon@Choice Scarf
Ability:Levitate
Nature:Modest
EV's:252 SpA/252 Spe/4 SpD
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Dark Pulse
-Surf

Standard bulky Hydreigon.Draco Meteor will dominate anything that is not a steel type.Fire Blast will help dominate any steel type that may come in to absorb Draco Metoer's and open a path to sweep away.Dark Pulse gives me a reliable way to take out psychic and ghost types.Surf will help shut down Heatran.

Scizor@Leftovers
Ability:Technician
Nature:Adamant
EV's:240 HP/16 Atk/252 SpD
-Bug Bite
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Roost

Standard bulky Swords Dance Scizor.Swords Dance will make Scizor a huge threat even with Technican added to that.Bug Bite will help KO pokemon such as Latios,Latias, and Reuniclus when Swords Danced up+Technician.Bullet Punch will allow it to revenge kill.Roost makes a reliable recovery move.

Gyarados@Leftovers
Ability:Intimidate
Nature:Adamant
EV's:156 HP/72 Atk/96 Def/184 Spe
-Waterfall
-Dragon Dance
-Stone Edge
-Taunt

Standard bulky Gyarados.Dragon Dance will help Gyarados outspeed some pokemon and deal more damage.Waterfall is a reliable physical STAB move.Stone Edge will help against flying pokemon such as Zapdos.Taunt will help shut down stall teams and status inflictors.

I thought about maybe replacing Swampert for something like Metagross or Ferrothorn.Any thoughts?

Just nitpicking, nothing too in-depth
bounce over Sedge on gyara
Leftovers over LO on Reuni
Timid over modest on hydreigon
change the Evs on conk to 252 Atk/120 HP/136 SDef

I agree with timid over modest on Hydregion and changing the ev's on conkeldur but you should probably keep life orb on reunuculus. His ability of not taking damage from it should be abused. Plus it will makes him a much more efficient sweeper much faster. These suggestions should make your team better but this is a pretty good team. Take the suggestion if you like it but leave it if you don't.
-Good Luck.

The team has a hard time coming in to Rotom-w, Specs Politoed, and Jellicent. All of which would be very threatening for the team in the rain and also induce status inflicting attacks. Swapping Reuniclus for Celebi would really help you out with that problem. Here's the set:

Celebi @ Leftovers -- Natural Cure
Nature: Modest - EVs: 232 HP / 252 SAtk / 24 Spd
- Recover
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power Fire
- Nasty Plot

Six sweepers team, good :D

Swampert: Ok
Conkeldurr: Standard Bulk Up set, is ok, but you can try with Stone Edge > Bulk Up and Choice Band
Reuniclus: Is ok, but i'm sure Psychic is better than Psyshock
Hydreigon: Good at all, but i prefere Earth Power > Surf, just to hit harder Heatran and Magnezone. Is also good the Timid set with Choice Specs
Scizor: Roost is ok only with Life Orb, you have to use Brick Break > Roost for Heatran but all Steel-Types. With Life Orb you can try Pursuit > Swords Dance
Gyarados: Why that spread? Try 252 Atk 252 Spd, and Moxie as ability (is veeeeeeery more helpful than Intimidate). Also Earthquake > Taunt can help you

Timid over modest on hydreigon
I'm going to use Timid over Modest. The extra speed will help Hydreigon out a lot more then the extra special attack.

change the Evs on conk to 252 Atk/120 HP/136 SDef
I'm going to use this EV spread you recommended. This will make my Conkeldurr a lot more bulkier of a sweeper.

I agree. This is the main reason I chose Life Orb over Leftovers.Since Reuniclus has Magic Guard,it will not take any damage from Life Orb.

I'm going to keep this in mind.I might give it a try and see how well it works with my team.

Neither Conkeldurr nor Swampert has much trouble switching into MixTar, and the extra punch given by Life Orb without recoil is too good to pass up on. You can do 1.3 times the damage with out losing any health.

Mixtar can wreck a reuni sweep, and it gets so much power anyway, the xtra recovery is good. Even if the opponent sends in Ttar and u switch to conk, he can always switch out until he can destroy your whole team
