SM OU Bulky offensive team help and advice appreciated, Thanks for your time!

I've play tested it a bit and seem to be winning like half of my games in low ranks. I'd like to get better odds, but can't quite tell what my issue is. One of the mons i have seen a lot that has been giving me trouble is blacephalon, otherwise i haven't seen many others consistently, but have had answers to most of the meta game. I like crobat but i believe him to be the weak part of the team as of right now, i do want a spinner/defoger or taunter to counter setups, but if maybe this team isn't particularly vulnerable to it then i'm open for advice. My notable difficulties i have run into are kartana (tends to OHKO or outspeed most of my team), amoongus (can't seem to find a reliable way to defeat him without giving up too much), and blacepholon (tends to also sweep and outspeed my whole team). I'm debating swapping something for a reliable fire type.

Donphan @ Choice Band
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Gunk Shot
- Fire Fang

Donphan is a powerful banded coverage mon. He helps against threats like gliscor, lando T and Clefable. other notable matchups are Ttar, koko and toxapex. Also provides a switch in for gyarados and crobat on electric types like manectric.

Tapu Bulu @ Leftovers
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Swords Dance
- Synthesis
- Superpower
- Horn Leech

A basic SD user that checks most water and ground opponents namely mega swampert. provides a switch in for donphan on said checks. I use superpower to combat opponents when predicting a switch in to notable difficulties like bisharp or kartana. and horn leech is extremely effective when coupled with SD because of my healing. might swap synthesis as i am having trouble getting the opportunity to use it although i might be just using him poorly. bulu is up for change altogether so a better choice is welcome.

Gyarados-Mega @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Bounce
- Waterfall
- Earthquake

My main sweeper. My goal is to set up for him to D dance and KO as much as possible. His ability to wall certain moves like EQ before changing or mitigate an electric move by dropping his flying typing is awesome and helps to play mind games. bounce provides for a reliable hit that can dodge an OHKO and has a chance to paralyze, (i've won games from this). waterfall is an awesome stab and EQ is great coverage.

Uxie @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Toxic
- Heal Bell

Uxie is often one of my starters and helps to SR set, knockoff an item early or poison a tanky mon. I have heal bell because much of my team gets hit hard from status being that they are mostly bulky and slow and status can widdle them down harshly. Uxie has been very helpful in tanking many hits for the team and crippling heavy tanks like tangrowth.

Crobat @ Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Taunt
- Defog

crobat is mostly here for countering a setup with taunt and defoging the field. he takes a huge hit when i need to defog an SR which notably does not help much and i often run the whole game without using his defog because of this. might scrap the defog/spinner anyway because my team tends to tank enough anyway.

Magearna @ Assault Vest
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fleur Cannon
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt

Magearna is great at covering most fairies i run into that could be otherwise troublesome as well as surprise Tbolting a greninja for an OHKO or walling a tornadusand either KOing or forcing a switch on it.

All in all crobat and bulu are up for grabs although i do like them i am seeing some issues with their abilities on this team particularly. I may be just misplaying bulu, but regardless i would appreciate the assistance.

Crunch over Bounce is a must if you want to use Mega Gyarados.

I'd use the standard AV Magearna set, as it's much bulkier, and has better coverage.

Magearna @ Assault Vest
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 248 HP / 224 SpD / 36 Spe
Sassy Nature
- Volt Switch
- Fleur Cannon
- Focus Blast / Hidden Power [Fire]
- Iron Head

By the way, Iron Head is there to deal with Calm Minders.
