I mean, come on. He's right there, staring you in the face, every time you log in. He's the mascot. You'd think he'd have more fanart than he does.
Done in SAI, not sure how long because I kept getting up for brownies :)
Also fun fact, Koffing was going to be called NY and Weezing was going to be LA
