Choice Specs Latios is a top-tier wallbreaker in BW OU due to its nearly unresisted STAB Draco Meteor that breaks through even bulky Dragon-resistant foes like Excadrill and Ferrothorn over time. Surf dissuading Pokemon like Excadrill, Heatran, and Jirachi from being totally safe switch-ins makes it harder to switch into Latios, especially if rain is up. Trick makes it even harder to switch into Latios for the few Pokemon that can take its Draco Meteor, crippling potential answers to it like Ferrothorn, Jirachi, Tyranitar, and Chansey. Dragon Pulse even makes Latios a good, reliable late-game cleaner. Latios can also provide decent defensive utility to a team, acting as a good blanket check to Fighting- and Ground-types, as well as being the best answer to Thundurus-T for offensive teams, which is further helped if Roost is used. Pokemon that beat Tyranitar, like Excadrill and Keldeo, make good partners, since Tyranitar commonly Pursuit traps Latios.

Choice Specs Latios is a top tier wallbreaker in BW OU thanks to its nearly unresisted STAB Draco Meteor that can break through even the sturdiest neutral targets.

There are a lot of Steel types; the main differentiator for Latios is that it’s strong enough to do >65 to Drill and >35 to Ferro despite the resistance. I’d try to integrate this in as your current wording doesn’t fully capture the essence of Latios.

You also don’t mention anything about Surf or Dragon Pulse when a brief mention can probably help, but more importantly: Roost should be slashed behind Dragon Pulse and explained briefly as well.
