Qualified for Round 2:

36 2-0 players (based on the pairings and results on posts #2 and #3)
27 1-1 players who won in phase 2
1 player who is not currently in any of the phase 1 pairings, but based on the thread history it seems they won twice and should have gone directly to round 2 (toytean, who won in phase 2 anyway)
36 + 27 + 1 = 64 players for round 2 (exactly what we want)

However, one 2-0 player and one 0-2 player were accidentally placed in phase 2. Combined with the one random "somehow 2-0 despite not being in the op anywhere person," there were three people who were in phase 2 but shouldn't have. Likewise, there were 3 1-1 players who did not get a chance to play in phase 2 (Lohgock, TeamCharm, CDW Enrique)

Therefore, these three 1-1 players who should have gotten to play in phase 2 but didn't are going to "challenge" three players who technically already qualified. These three players will consist of one player who got a bye in phase 2 (Raahel) and the two randomly chosen players who won via coinflip in phase 2 (mixwell, robjr).

This was a very confusing situation that unfortunately took me 3+ hours to figure out. This isn't a perfect solution, but it's the most fair and gives deserving 1-1 players their chance at a "phase 2" matchup.

Adding onto this, there was a bit of an error with what's in the op. As a result Lohgock vs robjr will be nullified to reflect what was in the initial pairing in the round 1 stage 2 post. Meaning Robjr has a forfeit win over their stage 2 opponent still and lohgock being not in the tournament. The last two pairings above still stand and sorry for any confusion.
