So according to the resolution of this thread, we can move forward with the results since the deadline has passed. As 24 votes were casted, the number of votes then went down to what constituted 50+1 there, so 13 votes for a ban of sleep, same with shadow tag. So here are the results here:
Sleep: 18 out of 24 votes (75%)
Shadow Tag: 18 out of 24 votes (75%)
(I made a small oopsie on that one but after telling hogg and him laughing at me he told me to count it, it would only make the ban percentage higher if I don't regardless)
Sleep and Shadow Tag are now banned from BW RU. Tagging Marty and Kris to implement this whenever convenient, thank you to both and thank you to all who voted! I still need a confirmation or two regarding TC but when that clears up I'll reply to those who sent
