name: Chople Counter
move 1: Fake Out
move 2: High Jump Kick
move 3: Payback
move 4: Counter
item: Chople Berry
ability: Intimidate
nature: Adamant
evs: 252 HP / 176 Atk / 80 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]

Set Description
=============
Fake Out allows Scrafty to freely damage most Pokemon and bypass Sturdy from Pokemon like Magnezone and Sawk. High Jump Kick is Scrafty's strongest STAB attack and allows it to beat many common threats such as Slaking, Heatran, and Tyranitar. It is also Scrafty's strongest option against neutral targets. Payback is used over Crunch due to Scrafty's low Speed stat, which allows Scrafty to underspeed Choice Scarf Cresselia even after Cresselia uses Trick. Counter, Chople Berry, and Intimidate beat physical Fighting-types such as Sawk, Mienshao, and opposing Scrafty.

EVs
=============
Maximum HP and 80 Special Defense EVs allow Scrafty to survive a Dragon Gem Latios's Draco Meteor while and OHKO back with Payback. The rest of the EVs are dumped into Attack to allow Scrafty and maximize Scrafty's damage.

Usage Tips
=============
Fake Out allows Scrafty to break Magnezone and Sawk's Sturdy, and High Jump Kick and Counter can OHKO them. Against physical Fighting-types, such as Mienshao, Conkeldurr, Hariyama, and opposing Scrafty, it is always advisable to use Fake Out into Counter. However, Bulk Up variants can still beat Scrafty. Against Conkeldurr, after using Fake Out, it is important to then use Counter. If Conkeldurr attacks with Hammer Arm, Counter wins. However, if Conkeldurr uses Mach Punch, using High Jump Kick on the third turn is a favorable damage roll. Scrafty also has a decent matchup against Snorlax. However, it is important to play around the possibility of Counter by using Payback after Fake Out, as this allows Scrafty to always OHKO with High Jump Kick after. However, this strategy does fail against Belly Drum Snorlax; if you suspect Belly Drum, use High Jump Kick on turn two.

Hi Lumi, QC here - this has good info, just need to be tweaked a bit. This is also a mini analysis, so it'll only need 1 GP check :D

Set:
- The name section is to distinguish different sets rather than give the name of a mon - something like Chople Berry + Counter would be fine

Set Description
- I assume you mean damage from Counter on Mach Punch with the Fake Out point, make this clear since it is not obvious
- Mention specific Normal-, Dark-, etc. types
- Mention Intimidate here rather than Usage Tips

EVs
- Dragon Gem Latios Draco Meteor -> Dragon Gem Latios's Draco Meteor
- "favorable rolls against Pokemon that do not resist High Jump Kick" -> something like "better damage rolls with High Jump Kick versus various Pokemon"

Usage Tips:
- This is more for explaining specific lines that are not obvious, since general things / other set's details go elsewhere
- Mention which of Fake Out + HJK / Counter to use on Sturdy Pokemon (and specific Pokemon that have access to Sturdy)
- Mention to always Counter vs other Scrafty / Conk and that you lose if they have Bulk Up

QC 1/2 once implemented

High Jump Kick is Scrafty's strongest STAB attack and allows it to beat many common Normal-types, such as Slaking and Porygon-Z; Steel-types, such as Heatran and Registeel; Dark-types, such as Tyranitar Dark types are kinda rare besides ttar and sableye so i would just add ttar to the next line and remove darks; and Rock-types, such as Rhyperior; while also doing significant damage to most Pokemon that it hits for neutral damage. Payback is used over Crunch as a Dark STAB due to Scrafty's low Speed stat, which allows Scrafty to underspeed Choice Scarf Cresselia even after Cresselia uses Trick. Counter is used together with a Chople Berry and Intimidate to beat physical Fighting-types such as Sawk, Mienshao, and opposing Scrafty.

Scrafty is strong against Pokemon with Sturdy, such as Magnezone and Sawk. Fake Out allows Scrafty to break the Sturdy ability of both Magnezone and Sawk, and High Jump Kick and Counter respectively can be used to secure a KO. Against physical Fighting-types, such as Mienshao, Conkeldurr, Hariyama, and opposing Scrafty, it is always advisable to use Fake Out into Counter. However, if these Fighting-types can win if they use Bulk Up. Against Conkeldurr, after using Fake Out, it is important to click Counter on the next turn. If Conkeldurr attacks with Hammer Arm, Counter would win. However, if a Conkeldurr uses Mach Punch, using High Jump Kick is a favorable damage roll against Conkeldurr. I'd briefly mention how this set matches up vs lax here

Scrafty is strong against Pokemon with Sturdy such as Magnezone and Sawk. (you basically say this in the next paragraph, its just very repetitive and since you're already explaining this its not necessary) Fake Out allows Scrafty to break the Sturdy ability of both Magnezone and Sawk; (rc,asc) and High Jump Kick and Counter respectively can be used to secure a KO. Against physical Fighting-types, such as Mienshao, Conkeldurr, Hariyama, and opposing Scrafty, it is always advisable to use Fake Out into Counter. However, if these Fighting-types can win if they use Bulk Up. Against Conkeldurr;(rc,asc) after using Fake Out(rc) it is important to click Counter on the next turn. If Conkeldurr attacks with Hammer Arm, Counter would will win. However, if If a Conkeldurr uses Mach Punch, using High Jump Kick is has a favorable damage roll against Conkeldurr it. Scrafty also has a decent matchup against Snorlax. However, it is important to play around the possibility of Counter by using once Crunch after using Fake Out on the first turn. This would make High Jump Kick secure a KO if the opposing Snorlax is not holding a Chople Berry. (I have no idea what these two sentences are trying to say)This strategy also loses to Custap Berry Snorlax; (rc,asc)which can use Belly Drum on the turn after Fake Out and use its Custap Berry to use a move to KO Scrafty. Against Custap Berry Snorlax(rc) it is important to use High Jump Kick after Fake Out to make Belly Drum fail.

I'm not exactly sure what these sentences are trying to say, so I didn't edit them.

It is also Scrafty's strongest option against neutral targets. I just guessed most-relevant things, feel free to sub if there are more relevant examples. Listing out the type chart should generally be avoided; we assume anyone that finds smogon analyses knows the type chart. Payback is used over Crunch as a Dark STAB due to Scrafty's low Speed stat, which allows Scrafty to underspeed Choice Scarf Cresselia even after Cresselia uses Trick. Scrafty is strong against Pokemon with Sturdy, such as Magnezone and Sawk. you say the same thing next sentence Fake Out allows Scrafty to break the Sturdy ability of both Magnezone and Sawk Magnezone and Sawk's Sturdy, and High Jump Kick and Counter respectively can be used to secure a KO can then OHKO them. Against physical Fighting-types, such as Mienshao, Conkeldurr, Hariyama, and opposing Scrafty, it is always advisable to use Fake Out into Counter. However, if these Fighting-types can win if they use Bulk Up Bulk Up variants can still beat Scrafty. Against Conkeldurr, after using Fake Out, it is important to click Counter on the next turn then use Counter. If Conkeldurr attacks with Hammer Arm, Counter would win wins. However, if a Conkeldurr uses Mach Punch, using High Jump Kick is a favorable damage roll against Conkeldurr this is unclear, are you saying on the third turn? is so, say "using High Jump Kick on the third turn". Scrafty also has a decent matchup against Snorlax. However, it is important to play around the possibility of Counter by using once Crunch after using Fake Out on the first turn Payback after Fake Out, as this allows Scrafty to always OHKO with High Jump Kick after Crunch isn't on the set. This would make High Jump Kick secure a KO if the opposing Snorlax is not holding a Chople Berry. This strategy also loses to Custap Snorlax, which can use Belly Drum on the turn after Fake Out and use its Custap Berry to use a move to KO Scrafty. Against Custap Berry Snorlax, it is important to use High Jump Kick after Fake Out to make Belly Drum fail. However, this strategy does fail against Belly Drum Snorlax; if you suspect Belly Drum, us High Jump Kick on turn two. how could you possibly know this? you basically are saying "always use payback, unless it's Custap then HJK"
