Calling act on behalf of King Billu

Kenix/Spain gave Billu the win.

I don't know if I can ask for an extension on my Game vs Bella , Anything, the proof is in my profile that I couldn't get to a Game with either Hex or Bella

(In case an extension is not possible, I ask for an act, I looked for Schedule with Hex and did not answer me, the evidence is on his wall, And vs Bella changed the time a couple of times to hours when I could no longer play, evidence on my wall)

An act call will not be happening; neither Blue nor hex made any (public) attempt at scheduling until today. We should get the opportunity to play this game out because both teams are still competitive.

Apologies for the delay to all parties involved, here are the results of this first round of BW World Cup:

Six teams are already qualified for quarterfinals:
  1. Germany
  2. Europe
  3. Belgium
  4. United Kingdom
  5. Oceania
  6. Asia
As it is now, seven teams are tied at 9-9 for the remaining two spots in quarterfinals. These teams have been seeded based on points, with potential ties in points resolved by a random pick on smogtours, which gives the following seeds:
  1. France - 22 points
  2. US South - 20 points
  3. Canada - 19 points
  4. Latin America - 18 points
  5. Argentina - 17 points
  6. US West - 17 points
  7. Caribbean - 16 points

We'll now proceed with the following tiebreaker:
  • 1. France receives a Bye
  • 2. US South will face 7. Caribbean
  • 3. Canada will face 6. US West
  • 4. Latin America will face 5. Argentina
  • 1. France will then face the winner of (4. Latin America vs 5. Argentina), and the winner of that series will be taking the 7th overall seed to proceed in quarterfinals
  • The winner of (2. US South vs 7. Caribbean) will face the winner of (3. Canada vs 6. US West), and the winner of that series will be taking the 8th overall seed to proceed in quarterfinals
  • All tiebreak series are 3 players vs 3 players in Bo1 BW OU
Given we don't want to delay the tournament further, which would be unfair to the teams that have already qualified, the whole tiebreak will have to be completed by Sunday night so that we can proceed with quarterfinals next week. Therefore, the deadline to complete the first three series is <t:1748728740:R>, so that France has a reasonable chance to know their opponents before going to bed on Saturday night. Final deadline for the whole tiebreak is <t:1748836740:R>. Yes, this is short, however we firmly believe extended deadlines for tiebreaks should not be entertained, and considering half the teams currently sitting in tiebreaker have had some bad scheduling hiccups, we think this is the right course of action to not reward them further than we already have with extended deadlines. So get your games done promptly!

This all means that we're expecting lineups from US South, Canada, Latin America, Argentina, US West, and Caribbean in Smogon DMs (just reply to the DM I've sent you) by <t:1748394000:R>.

We're aware this isn't an ideal situation and we apologize for any inconvenience that might cause. Tiebreak will be posted as soon as we have every lineup. Thanks everyone for bearing with us
