BW World Cup 2025 - Quarterfinals

Welcome to the quarterfinals of this first edition of BW World Cup! After three weeks of pools and one of the largest tiebreak the site has ever seen, eight teams have finally made it to the knockout phase of the tournament. Germany stands out as a favorite after coming out of pools with all their players having a positive record. Europe, Belgium and United Kingdom aren't too far off and show a certain dominance within European countries in this tournament so far. Oceania and Asia completed what were the first six teams to be automatically qualified after pools. Finally after a pretty long tiebreak, France and US South, which coincidentally happened to be the next two teams in the standings in terms of record and points, made it out as 7th and 8th respectively. It's now time for these eight teams to have full-on battles in knockout rounds until one team is crowned world champions of BW!

QWILY vs Chomp29 - idk qwily that much to say about him but ik chomp has some crazy stuff to pull so i will be bolding him
vani vs BLJ mario - honestly this is quite even vani is great as a player , mario is a great bw main will be interesting to watch
mind gaming vs Xurkiyee - ik more of mind gaming as a player than xurkiyee
Feaniix vs evakiyama! - UCL goat
nigel vs SENTURIES - id say this is even both are solid players climbing up
Jaajgko vs Don Bork - idk much of both players tbh

Brine vs Meridian - i dont know much of meridian tbh , i can say alot more about brine. looking foward to this match
Lily vs Quarante8 - both great players but i trust Lily on the dub this week will be fun to watch this game still
choolio vs Zokuru - Both great players aswell and i feel like this may be even ill be excited to watch this game
neomon vs BlazingDark - i know more of bd in bw ou so im just bolding him sry neomon
ReshiRampage vs Kaz - i know more of kaz as a player overall so i willbe bolding him
lolebruh vs Hyssou - i dont know much of both players tbh

Rubyblood vs TGA - ik more of ruby as a player than tga though ik tga is also great so id say this is even
B1Kharma vs devin - also unsure on this though kharma is a bw main devin still is a great player overall tho id say this is even
davidTheMaster vs Strictsceptile - idk much of david , ik atleast a little of stirctsceptile so im bolding them
Mkns1070 vs feen - idk much of mkns and feen is good as a player overall

Cow vs aminita - sorry goatnita but i just know more of cow in bw than your bw but im sure your also a good player so id say this is even
harshest vs magialice - though both are great players i think magialice wins this week
Gypsy vs violet river - id say this is quite even but ill be bolding gypsy this week
Stareal vs RTM - i dont know much of both players tbh so id say this is even
peng vs Steam Buns - well idk much of steam buns in bw but ik peng is a bw nerd so im bolding him
Baddy vs Shadow079 - idk much of shadow , though i also dont know alot of baddy bw . ik hes a good player overall so i trust him to win the week
