Statpass has been banned entirely from this tournament for an indefinite amount of time. Due to BW1 OU becoming a playable tier for the RoA Spotlight of the Month, we decided it was best to leave everything as is EXCEPT FOR STATPASS AND KING'S ROCK so it doesnt ruin the entire ladder because of it being way too problematic to deal with out of everything else in the metagame, and to also synchronize the rules with the ladder. King's Rock was also banned, but since this happened mid round it will be banned starting in the following round.
