Calm Mind Raging Bolt [QC 1/2]

(Calm Mind) Raging Bolt @ Dragonium Z / Booster Energy / Leftovers
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 20 Atk
Timid / Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt / Weather Ball
- Thunderclap / Weather Ball
- Draco Meteor / Dragon Pulse
- Calm Mind

A superb HP and special attack stat, allow Raging Bolt to quickly turn into a devastating sweeper; capable of shredding faster cores like Iron Valiant and Diancie-Mega with priority Thunderclap, after just one Calm Mind boost. Its good defensive typing also allows it to come in on resists on Pokemon such as Serperior, Moltres and Ogerpon-W and freely start setting up. Dragon Pulse is an alternative to Draco Meteor, as although Draco Meteor is much more powerful, Dragon Pulse is more reliable, and the special attack drop from Draco Meteor significantly weakens Thunderclap, making it susceptible to revenge killers like Zamazenta. Dragonium Z aims to mitigate this, allowing it to freely OHKO specially defensive Gliscor with no drawbacks to continue its sweeping momentum. Booster energy can also be used, which gives it an immediate power boost without requiring Calm Mind to be set up, making it an excellent revenge killer. Leftovers is a decent alternative for passive recovery, as Raging Bolt can get worn down over the period of a match, but this can be offset by Wish support from Pokemon like Alomomola. Timid is the preferred nature to outspeed Adamant Hisuian Samurott and Swampert-Mega outside of rain. Modest instead OHKO's Dragonite with Draco Meteor, Multiscale intact.

Raging Bolt's ability to handle fast threats with its priority Thunderclap and its immense pressure after a single Calm Mind boost are appreciated by a range of teams from balance to hyper offense. Pelipper is a great teammate, as it can setup the rain, and rain-based teams greatly value Raging Bolt's ability to handle bulky Water-types like Alomomola and Toxapex, allowing Swampert-Mega and Barraskewda to handle the Ground-types that Raging Bolt dislikes. Water-type Weather Ball grants Raging Bolt the ability to OHKO problematic Ground-types like Iron Treads and Clodsire. Mega Charizard-Y is also a good teammate, as it sets up the sun, and sun-based teams not only activate Raging Bolt's Protosynthesis, but they also threaten Grass-types such as Rillaboom and Ferrothorn that resist Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt. In return, Raging Bolt beats Alomomola and Moltres, freeing up partners such as Charizard-Mega-Y to freely click Fire-Type Weather Ball. Furthermore, sun teams allow Raging Bolt to use Fire-type Weather Ball, obliterating common resists such as Iron Treads and Ferrothorn. Because of its middling speed, Raging Bolt is outsped by Ground-types such as Landorus-T and Great Tusk, making Grass-types such as Ogerpon-W, Rillaboom and Tangrowth good partners. Furthermore, Rapid Spin support from Great Tusk is important in keeping Raging Bolt healthy, as it lacks reliable recovery. In return, it checks Moltres and Tornadus-Therian.

as a side note; megas are described as Mega Diancie, not Diancie-Mega or Swampert-Mega
also analyses are 2 paragraphs, not 3

A superb health HP and special attack stat, allow Raging Bolt to quickly turn into a devastating sweeper; capable of shredding faster cores like Iron Valiant and Diancie-Mega with priority Thunderclap, after just one Calm Mind boost. Its good defensive typing also allows it to come in on resists on Pokemon such as Serperior, Moltres and Alomomola Ogerpon-W mola hits like a feather anyways and freely start setting up. Even bulky Ground-types such as Great Tusk aren't safe, as Raging Bolt always needs at least two hits to take down due to its bulk, and Draco Meteor cleanly scores a OHKO on it, with Landorus-Therian needing only Stealth Rock chip this is kinda confusing and a bit misleading, 252 atk great tusk ohkos with headlong, defensive lando-t lives unboosted draco even after rocks and its confusing whether or not ur specifically talking tusk with the "scoring an OHKO on it" - ngl id probably just remove this whole segment since its a bit filler and is kinda explained already with the superb HP at the start. Dragon Pulse is an alternative to Draco Meteor, as although Draco Meteor is much more powerful, Dragon Pulse is more reliable, and the -2 SpA special attack drop from Draco Meteor significantly reduces the offensive output it can deal with weakens Thunderclap, making it susceptible to revenge killers like Diancie-Mega Zamazenta u alr mentioned diancie before. Dragonium Z aims to mitigate this, allowing it to freely OHKO these bulky ground types what about ting lu or treads? better off specifying which ones, (RC) once a fight, (RC) filler with no drawbacks to continue its sweeping momentum. Booster energy can also be used, which gives it an immediate power boost without requiring Calm Mind to be set up, making it an excellent revenge killer, (RC) as most Pokemon that are faster than it are too frail to survive a boosted Thunderclap filler. Leftovers is a decent alternative for passive recovery, as Raging Bolt can get worn down over the period of a match, but this can be offset by Wish support from Pokemon like Alomomola. Timid is the preferred nature to outspeed non-Jolly Great Tusk Adamant Hisuian Samurott nobody uses adamant tusk and modest also outspeeds defensive with 252 spe and Swampert-Mega outside of rain. so why would i want modest then? any relevant calcs for it?

Rain-based teams no mention of pelipper? greatly value Raging Bolt's ability to handle bulky Water-types like Alomomola and Toxapex, allowing Swampert-Mega and Barraskewda to handle the Ground-types that Raging Bolt dislikes. In addition, Thunder's perfect accuracy under rain makes it a great alternative to Thunderbolt, ensuring Raging Bolt can output more damage on even resilient special walls like Galarian Slowking. i wouldnt mention this esp since its not on the set To this end, Weather Ball is a must for Raging Bolt on weather-based archetypes. Water-type Weather Ball grants Raging Bolt the ability to OHKO problematic Ground-types like Iron Treads and Landorus-Therian just Landorus-T not Landorus-Therian. While sun-based teams should mention mega charizard Y here not only activate Raging Bolt's Protosynthesis, boosting its special attack, they also threaten Grass-types such as Rillaboom and Ferrothorn that resist Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt. In return, Raging Bolt beats Alomomola and Moltres, freeing up partners such as Charizard-Mega-Y and Venusaur to freely click Fire-type Weather Ball venu isnt on the VR. Walking Wake is an excellent partner for it in this case, threatening Great Tusk, Tornadus-Therian, and Venusaur for it. bro is banned????????? Furthermore, sun teams allow Raging Bolt to use Fire-type Weather Ball, obliterating common Grass-types such as Ferrothorn, Kartana and Venusaur Ferrothorn kart is so frail it dies to tbolt and again venu isnt on VR. Raging Bolt's ability to handle fast threats with its priority Thunderclap and its immense pressure after a single Calm Mind boost are appreciated by a range of teams from bulky offense to balance to hyper offense. this deffo belongs at the start of the paragraph While it's middling speed tier leaves it outsped by a lot of Pokemon, specifically ground-types, and the potential for mindgames that Thunderclap brings from Encore users like Iron Valiant and Tapu Lele's Psychic Terrain, support from Pokemon such as Ogerpon-W, Lopunny-Mega and Diancie-Mega are very appreciated and can help offset the aforementioned issues. this can be worded much better esp since a lot of it is filler, HOW does valiant mlop and mdiancie help with any of these issues Furthermore, Rapid Spin support from Great Tusk is important in keeping Raging Bolt healthy, as it lacks reliable recovery. In return, it checks Moltres and Tornadus-Therian.

bulky offense to makes sentence too long balance to hyper offense. To this end, Weather Ball is a must for Raging Bolt on weather-based archetypes. its not mandatory IMO even if its good Water-type Weather Ball grants Raging Bolt the ability to OHKO problematic Ground-types like Iron Treads and Landorus-T Clodsire. Mega Charizard-Y is also a good teammate, as it sets up the sun, and sun-based teams not only activate Raging Bolt's Protosynthesis, boosting its special attack, (RC) filler they also threaten Grass-types such as Rillaboom and Ferrothorn that resist Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt. While it's middling speed tier leaves it outsped by a lot of Pokemon, specifically ground-types, and the mindgames that Thunderclap brings from Encore users like Iron Valiant are problematic, support from Pokemon such as Ogerpon-W and Mega Lopunny is appreciated and can take care of such threats Because of its middling speed, Raging Bolt is outsped by Ground-types such as Landorus-T and Great Tusk, making Grass-types such as Ogerpon-W, Rillaboom and Tangrowth good partners the encore part is niche and this whole phrase is still poorly written. Furthermore, Rapid Spin support from Great Tusk is important in keeping Raging Bolt healthy, as it lacks reliable recovery. In return, it checks Moltres and Tornadus-Therian.

light mode users literally cannot see your analysis lol, when clearing formatting use the eraser tool in the top left instead of changing text color.
also, this needs a lot of restructuring
(Calm Mind) Raging Bolt @ Dragonium Z / Booster Energy / Leftovers
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 20 Atk
Timid / Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt / Weather Ball
- Thunderclap / Weather Ball
- Draco Meteor / Dragon Pulse
- Calm Mind

A superb HP and special attack stat give mention of calm mind to start here, allow Raging Bolt to quickly turn into a devastating sweeper; capable of shredding faster cores like Iron Valiant and Diancie-Mega with priority Thunderclap, after just one Calm Mind boost <= does it OHKO after just one calm mind boost? specify. Dragonium Z aims to mitigate this, allowing it to freely OHKO specially defensive Gliscor with no drawbacks to continue its sweeping momentum <= not really momentum here, more of just eliminating checks. can state more examples here instead, also give mention of how dragonium is only used with meteor due to the power difference. Booster energy can also be used, which gives it an immediate power boost without requiring Calm Mind to be set up, making it an excellent revenge killer. Leftovers is a decent alternative for passive recovery, as Raging Bolt can get worn down over the period of a match, but this can be offset by Wish support from Pokemon like Alomomola. first bit was filler, second bit is for second para. explain that leftys allows bolt to be more useful vs balance stuff like mola and pex Timid is the preferred nature to outspeed Adamant Hisuian Samurott and Swampert-Mega outside of rain.

Water-type Weather Ball grants Raging Bolt the ability to OHKO problematic Ground-types like Iron Treads and Clodsire. move to first paragraph, also give mention of fire weather ball beating ferro and msciz and denting other steels Mega Charizard-Y is also a good teammate, as it sets up the sun, and sun-based teams not only activate Raging Bolt's Protosynthesis, but they also threaten Grass-types such as Rillaboom and Ferrothorn that resist Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt. In return, Raging Bolt beats Alomomola and Moltres, freeing up partners such as Charizard-Mega-Y to freely click Fire-Type Weather Ball filler. Furthermore, sun teams allow Raging Bolt to use Fire-type Weather Ball, obliterating common resists such as Iron Treads and Ferrothorn. very good, but move to first paragraph Because of its middling speed, Raging Bolt is outsped by Ground-types such as Landorus-T and Great Tusk, making Grass-types such as Ogerpon-W, Rillaboom and Tangrowth good partners. Furthermore, Rapid Spin support from Great Tusk is important in keeping Raging Bolt healthy, as it lacks reliable recovery. In return, it checks Moltres and Tornadus-Therian for Great Tusk.

the format is set analysis first para and then teammates second para, please cross reference with some existing analyses before rewriting. i can see a lot of good points they just need to have enough explanation in the right order so as not to confuse readers.

edit since you havent seen this: here is the format for analysis writing, please follow closely
Paragraph 1
- the role that the Pokemon plays;
- coverage moves that affect its role, there's no need to explain simple STAB moves unless they're slashed;
- a description of the EV spread in one sentence or less; don't focus on "default" things like maximum Attack investment, do give reasoning behind the benchmarks chosen;
- items and how they affect its role.

Paragraph 2
- the type of team that the Pokemon is used on;
- a brief example of teammates that benefit from the analysed Pokemon's presence;
- a brief example of foes that the analysed Pokemon is vulnerable to + teammates to help cover them.

needs another look ping me
